The place is generally excellent. I would especially like to commend the DJ for the excellent selection of musical accompaniment. In the profile class among the franchise, I will pay tribute to the quality of the hookah master's services, everything is at the highest level. Drinks have also "entered". And the only and biggest disadvantage is the "free" karaoke that is offered to guests. In the essence of this offer, there is completely no interest in non-permanent guests. They offer to perform their "verse" in karaoke, but the restriction will apply to you if you are not familiar with the program manager. On a great evening, the mood is just ruined. To the question "why is the microphone not handed over to other guests in the room only from "guests", we get a rude answer "do you have a problem"?! We are not a regular, but I leave a check with three digits. We would like a minimum of respect in the current offer. Perhaps it is worth returning to other establishments of the franchise where customer loyalty is at a higher level than the average minus.

Hookahs are great, but the service is lame.
Only 3 tables were occupied, but it was problematic to reach the waiter-administrator.

It's a great place. I was there with my wife from December 9th to 10th. Pleasant impressions began from the moment of booking the table, when the reservation was confirmed by the most polite girl: she confirmed, explained, 0 pathos and rudeness (unlike many other hookah bars of the "mint family").
We were offered a table either upstairs or downstairs. At our request, we chose sofas on the ground floor. Hookah master, the waiters were again as friendly as possible. The hookah turned out to be exactly what we ordered. Again, there were no questions about ordering food and alcohol, everything was fast and high-quality. They asked for water for his wife, and brought a whole jug.
Most of all, of course, we were captivated by the karaoke presenter. A very talented and friendly girl, she conducted the program perfectly, encouraged the speakers and gave an amazing performance herself. The voice is gorgeous.
I will separately note the excellent sound in the institution (again, it compares favorably with another "mint" institution, moreover, more popular).
The DJ's set was as cheerful as possible until midnight. The dance floor was not empty of the word at all.
What surprised me was that the place was half empty after midnight. For me personally, for completely inexplicable reasons. Very pleasant staff, professional work of everyone and everyone with whom we had to communicate. Even the rest of the food was packed in a convenient container.
Of the cons: the Internet does not catch, there is no Wi-Fi; the hookah man came to our table only 2 times in an hour and did not even offer to update the hookah or something — but this, unfortunately, is the policy of all establishments of the network. That was a good hookah.
In general, I recommend not to bypass this institution. He has something to attract guests with. Once again, a separate praise for the karaoke presenter :)

A great place to relax. Prices are above average: Hot from 20p. (focus on 50p per dish), drinks are not cheap either. Once a month, the piggy bank can be broken. The music on Saturday is great (DJ performed)

Супер место! Отмечала день рождения и ни разу не пожалела, что выбрала именно Мяту! ❤️Персонал отличный, вежливый, добродушный, диджей очень клёвая была, кальян прекрасный! А караоке это пушка))) Пели до 3 часов ночи и пели бы ещё, если бы мята не закрылась))) песни на любой вкус))) спасибо за этот прекрасный вечер))))

Вежливый персонал и хорошее обслуживание, все блюда тоже очень вкусные, порции хорошие и принесли все быстро, но вот атмосфера пока не дотягивает👎🏻 людей в заведении мало, все хотят танцевать ближе к 00, но начинается караоке, и танцев недостаточно. Было замечено, что многие люди пришли и ушли. Советую сменить формат заведения или график работы караоке. А так заведение отличное

Из плюсов: хорошее место расположения, мало людей, интерьер понравился.
Из минусов (а их многовато): официанта звали 5 раз, к столику не подходили, хотя в зале мы были единственными. Пришлось искать официанта самостоятельно. Заказ несли долго. Стол ни разу не убрали за 3 часа, и видно, что наш стол захламлен. Очень несерьезное отношение. Кальян не впечатлил. Для нас лично музыка была слишком громкая, не слышно друг друга.
В следующий раз сюда не придем.

Цены адекватные. Вкусный кальян, бар с ассортиментом коктейлей и напитков. Кухня европейская.
Абоятельные официанты.
Мне всё понравилась.
И скидка именинника 20% на всё, кроме бара конечно .

Прекрасное место с очень грамотным персоналом и либеральными ценами. Цены ниже привычных для России в 2 раза, хотя качество продукции в разы лучше. Советую каждому туристу посетить данное место.

Отличное заведение. Быстрая подача , вежливый персонал. Хороший ассортиментный. Есть коктейли и работает кухня. Из небольших минусов : цены.

Персонал на входе вел себя не культурно, девушка сидела в телефоне и позволяла себе нецензурную лексику, стол был заранее забронирован, однако нам пришлось ждать 10 минут пока нам найдут свободный столик.
При этом на протяжении всего вечера зал был полупустой, еду принесли холодную и она оставляет желать лучшего. Порадовал официант, вежливый и четко выполняющий свою работу, так же сделали неплохой кальян.
Минусы: ужасное поведение персонала на входе, непонятная музыка, холодная и не вкусная еда, непонятная ситуация с бронированием столов.
Плюсы: хороший кальян, вежливый официант

Забронировали столик на 21.00. Приехали в 20.50, администратор проводила до столика, но он все еще был занят, попросила подождать 5 минут или предложила занять стол в «вип- комнате», где стоит два дивана, стол, нет музыки и сидишь в четыре стенах. Через 2 минуты мы попросили вернуться на тот стол, который был изначально забронирован для нас и должен был освободиться, на что нам сказали, что к сожалению все столы заняты (даже тот, который изначально был предназначен для нас). Администратор решения проблемы не предложила, настроение и вечер испорчены. Спасибо Мята lounge.

Сегодня побывали в данном заведении. Обслуживала нас официант ( девушка ) имени не знаю, так как в чеке указано имя парня (кассира). Она внесла нам воду, которую мы не заказывали, в чек, убирали стол редко. В конце вечера мы сказали, что у нас у двоих человек день рождения, она отказалась скудку пробивать в чек, так как это нужно было сказать вначале вечера, но у нас даже никто не спросил (хотела бы чтобы впредь это учитывали при обслуживании посетителей). И официант даже не извинилась за ошибку в чеке, отношение слишком высокомерное было с её стороны, иногда приходилось нажимать кнопку по несколько раз с интервалом в 10 минут чтобы её вызвать.

Место для посидеть-поболтать (ито кричать надо), но не отрываться. Людей на танцполе не очень много, музыка повторяется по несколько раз, ничего драйвового в репертуаре нет. Но это как какому зайдет. Нам не зашло.
В меню нет состава ни блюд, ни коктейлей, надо ждать официанта, чтобы рассказал что там в составе и из-за этого много времени уходит на заказ блюда. Огромный минус за это.
Второй раз вряд ли пойдем.
Из плюсов: довольно много столиков и диванов. Вкусный кальян

Покупали Гастрофест сет, булки в бургерах резиновые, трудно жевать, почти все фисташки в сете оказались усохшиеся, на рёбрышках почти нет мяса, а весу добавляет прилично, да и за эти деньги если честно в кфс вкуснее поел бы. В остальном сказать нечего, в такие заведения не ходим

Персонал - отличный. Все очень даже чудесно. Сложно дать оценку, попала случайно, не моя вечериночка. Посмотрела клипы 2000-х, погрузилась в воспоминания) улыбнуло. В 2 часа ночи в субботу пообщаться не удалось - очень громко. И это понятно. В целом - отлично. Спасибо.

Отдохнуть с компанией там приятно. Удобные диваны. Просторно. Из минусов, бывает много по времени приходится ждать, хотя людей практически нет. Вечером в пятницу лучше браниоовать места. Если хотите просто отдохнуть советую. Цены приемлемые.
