I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones...but this is the case. In early December, an order was placed with this organization. It was necessary to make an additional order for one door in the living room to the existing ones (installed 8 years ago, from another organization...) and a portal to another opening (another room). They brought a sample of their door color with them, and the color matched the sample perfectly. The thickness of the wall with the opening where the portal was needed was large, and there was no dorp of this size. We were offered from another collection, slightly lighter than the doors. We agreed, because this is a separate room and there will be no color differences in the total mass. The door in our living room is sliding, the mounting system should be covered with a decorative strip, logically - in the color of the door. The portal itself in the living room was made 8 years ago. For some reason, the bar was made with a color from another collection as a portal.(as 4 dobor). I only noticed this now, when the doors, architraves and dobs were unpacked at home. As a result, we get as many as THREE colors in one opening. There are also questions about the size of this decorative strip (16cm!!! how to make a hole for a non-standard opening)which needs to be installed on top. When you communicate with such organizations, I would like the consultants to be more attentive, because your products are not for one-time use. I am partly to blame for this misunderstanding, BUT I am not an expert in this field, unlike you. The consultant's indifference, as a result, resulted in such an unpleasant situation (the consultant knew that these were two separate rooms, I contacted twice before making an order). By the way, the production time for one door and portal was 3!!! A month (without a week). They promised in a month at the most, because there were New Year's holidays ahead. As a result, we got what we got...
