Overall the clinic is good, treatment quality okay, not excellent but better than in other places. No queues due to prior appointments. Attitude to patients is adequate, prices are on the higher level, though few services might be provided for free in case you're registered with them.

A large general clinic, with various specialists, from young doctors to adults, with a good knowledge base. Convenient location of the clinic building. The receptionists respond competently to patients' questions at the reception. The atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant, working, everyone is busy. The waiting area for doctors is comfortable on every floor. I certainly recommend the clinic.

We have been going to this clinic for a long time, as we took the children, and we contacted them more than once.The location is convenient, the interior is always clean and tidy, the specialists are very competent and really giving results in terms of health.There have never been delays in the appointment time, you can always get to the doctor at the exact time indicated by appointment, and sometimes even 5-10 minutes earlier than the specified time.But as they say, there is a fly in the ointment that spoils the whole barrel of honey, it just became terrible with the connection in this clinic, for several days you can call the specified numbers and not get through to them to make an appointment, then they don't pick up the phone, then they throw it off, and there is no feedback.This makes the interaction process very difficult.I would like to draw the attention of the administration and the owners of the clinic to resolve this issue.Otherwise, why doctors if it is impossible to make an appointment and get consultations?My personal opinion is that both reputation and business are suffering.
