Overall the clinic is good, treatment quality okay, not excellent but better than in other places. No queues due to prior appointments. Attitude to patients is adequate, prices are on the higher level, though few services might be provided for free in case you're registered with them.

I would like to thank LS Clinic for the wonderful conditions in the hospital and the high level of medical care! I had a complicated operation performed by gynecologist Kalimbekova Elmira Turkmenbayevna, many thanks to her for her high professionalism, humanity, decency, and golden hands! She is such an amazing doctor: a perfectionist, dedicated to her work, a very smart, honest and beautiful woman, one of the best surgeons in Kazakhstan! The operation was performed successfully, the suture was fine, and then I was constantly supported by doctors while I was in the hospital, including the wonderful anesthesiologist Marat Sarsekovich. While I was recovering from the operation, I was surrounded by the care and help of a nurse, they constantly put ivs, injections, very carefully, their human caring attitude, warmth, support helped me recover much faster! I saw their tremendous work without sleep around the clock, such work should be paid with dignity, at least a million, or even more! It was very pleasant to be in the clinic itself: absolute cleanliness, beautiful design, good food, in addition, you could go down to the ground floor in the clinic's cafe, where there is a fragrant coffee machine. When you lie in the clinic on the fifth floor, the aroma of coffee rises from the ground floor through the panoramic windows, where you can see the sky, mountains and the mainland! I really enjoyed my stay at the clinic, many thanks to those who gathered the best doctors of Kazakhstan in it and created such excellent conditions for patients!

Honestly, I regret that I got attached! Sometimes there are no doctors, then the record opens only "sometime", the pediatric surgeon takes it once a week!!! For a fee, please, at least now they will find it. When I was attached, I asked everything. But alas and ah. I waited a long time for an appointment with an endocrinologist, fortunately the doctor is very good!!! I can't say anything about the rest, I couldn't get anywhere (except for tests and ultrasounds, and they send them to another branch). The therapist also leaves much to be desired. There are 4 entries, one tomorrow, another in a month, the third "come after a certain date to register," and so on in a circle!
