My impressions of visiting the LTDvelo store were extremely positive. The staff is very attentive and competent: they helped me figure out different bike models, took into account my wishes and chose the perfect option for me. I was especially pleased with the opportunity to test the selected bike on the spot, consultant Dmitry clearly explained the nuances of the service and answered all my questions. I chose several models on the website, but I couldn't make up my mind. The manager called back, told me everything, explained and helped with the selection. They were ready to bring it every day. But since the delivery was needed later, a convenient time was agreed upon. I settled on the Ltd stella model. They gave me a great bike, but I didn't notice any disadvantages. Thanks to the seller!
