A great, fun and intimate hotel. There are many locations for photos.The territory is clean and well maintained. The beach is great, there were always enough sunbeds. Cute swings on the beach add some charm. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles. There is a promenade on the embankment, you can walk in the evening and see other hotels from the side. The staff is trying, well done. Almost everyone understands Russian. The animation is not intrusive. A show program with live music is always fun. Theme nights are also great, you don't have to be bored. In terms of food, in principle, fish meat has always been good for the budget five. We came to dinner at 8 o'clock, the tables were always free, there were no queues. The pools are clean. The three of us lived in the Anex building in a large room , the child slept practically in his room. We liked this building more because it's cleaner and quieter there.The only lame cleaning was poorly mopping the floors.
In general, I can recommend this hotel for relaxing and having a good time. We liked it❤

Nice hotel. Spacious territory. pools with slides, pools without Slides. There are bars near the pools where you can have a snack and drink. Water and drinks are available everywhere. There is enough food for every taste. The restaurant is on schedule. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, second breakfast, night dinner - all on time. We had a room in the second building, across the street from the main building, but it's not even bad, because there's no fuss. The sea is very close. One disadvantage is Wi-Fi, i.e. in the second building it is only paid! In the first one, 400mb per person is free! It was enough for me for 2 days. We came to the reception and used the Internet. The rooms are good if you do not pay attention to some little things like a poorly held toilet paper holder and a forgotten sewer in the sink (there is no siphon, just a corrugation) there is a sef. Cleaning is daily. They clean up a little better with tips. Fruit was brought to my husband's room for his birthday. It's a small thing, but it's nice. In general, it's not even bad. The beach is pebbly, there is enough space. However, once they barely found one free sunbed.

This hotel has problems with daily cleaning and cleanliness of the dining room. That's because there's too much tourist traffic! The hotel's first priority is to accommodate more people (to take off money), but at the same time the service is disgusting. The room is on the noisy side at night (me and the child), there is nothing to change, there are a lot of people, the rooms are packed. The Internet is paid, there is only free in the lobby, but enough for a couple of days! We have been vacationing abroad for many years and have been to the same Turkey many times, Wi-Fi has always been on site and free of charge. Room cleaning is a "fairy tale".They even left money to clean up a little more decently, but they took the money, but the room was not cleaned. The overall impression of the hotel is good, the staff was not scandalous, we went to a meeting, but it was annoying that everything that was included had to beg, stand, wait, negotiate, and we came to rest, and for that we paid all inclusive.

Soups, all kinds of pizzas, pita bread, Turkish tortillas. Everything is very tasty! There are a lot of pastries and pies. Fruits- watermelons, pears, apples, plums, cherries, strawberries. The territory of the hotel is small but beautiful, the greenery is lively, many flowers, all kinds of palm trees, a smooth lawn, smells of oleanders-there are also a lot of them. The room we had was on the 4th floor of the femel. The furniture is modern, everything worked, two TVs in each room, two bathrooms, two split systems. They cleaned badly - no one will do anything until you catch the cleaner. They asked to change towels, toiletries themselves, at least sweep the floor - this is perhaps the main disadvantage of the service. We understand that there are problems with saving on everything, but at least once every three days) Now the sea was a priority when choosing a hotel. There was a very spacious beach in the photo on the website. In fact, the sea is clean, pebbles, this is a plus for us, the sea is always crystal clear, without impurities. But the beach itself is just crowded with people, the hotels are solid, there is no fence at least three meters between the beaches of the hotels. Like an anthill, there are also a lot, a lot of people in the sea. They swam away to swim in peace. If you do not tolerate children, you will miss them- there are many of them and of different ages. I was afraid for the virus- thank God there are no problems with this, although the water is too warm, I assume that children (and not only them) always run around the small lobby or dining room toilet. Also, many sin with food that is carried to the beach, by the way, it is strictly there - they are not allowed to carry anything in plates - and this is a huge plus. The beach is clean and well cleaned. In August, we will no longer go because of the crowded sea and beach, as well as of course it is very hot, wildly hot. We always go in June, but this time it didn't work out. The pool is hot, you can say it is not refreshing, it is understandable, but it is clean, there is no hair anywhere, the floors are clean, the water is clean. In general, the hotel and the service are 5 with a microminus due to cleaning. And of course I would like more space on the beach for my own, in other places where I rested, it was clear where whose beach was, you could move away and relax in silence. But these are most likely the circumstances of the high season, I understand)

We want to come back! This is probably the first hotel we want to return to! although we always take UAI 5 + Kemer, Belek. We had a rest from June 14th to 24th. A beautiful, cozy, clean hotel! Russian-speaking, helpful staff! we lived in the Annex, our own basques, the tastiest pizza with tuna! there are always free sunbeds. the balcony overlooked the ocean, there was a disco. but it ends at exactly 23.00. Perhaps the only one of the disadvantages. Clean sea, varied food! (there were even crayfish, but this is for an amateur). fish, meat, various fruits, cheeses! in 10 days we didn't even try it) beautiful flowers, neat lawns. there is no shortage of available places on the beach. and if you get up early, you can find sun beds right on the first line. We are already spoiled by expensive hotels and there is something to compare, but for our money, I really liked the lucida hotel. Excellent service, everyone speaks Russian, a wide selection of alcohol, green area, evening shows, kids club. We really liked the varied food, incredible Turkish sweets, fish, beef, chicken turkey - everything is always very tasty. In addition to the main restaurant, there is a snack bar with fast food and ice cream, 2 bars.
Cleaning is normal, I won't say anything. The Internet is paid for $10 - a week, 15- 2 weeks. Free only in the lobby 400mb. The room was in the main building on the ground floor, with a balcony and it was beautiful, well renovated. They didn't give us any spas or fur coats, they didn't force us to buy anything. There is no pier of our own, but we went to take pictures at another hotel nearby. There are about 7-10 hotels along the coast that are not separated from each other at all and you can walk past them. Its own beach is pebbles, not stretched, there may not be enough places if you come at 10.00-10.30. But we came at 8-9 and everything was fine.
Table tennis is one of the independent activities.
A special admiration for animation is the funny, young and charismatic animators.

We have just returned from the hotel with fresh impressions. It's not bad for a budget "five". The first thing that caught my eye was the very friendly, friendly staff, and everywhere (reception, bartenders, restaurant staff, maids - everything!) We arrived as a family of 3 people at 10 a.m., we were told to wait an hour, I asked which building the room would be in (the standard was paid for), they told me that it was in the main building. I said that if anything, I would agree to the annex building, especially if the floor is higher. We were immediately offered to go and see the room there and if you like it (!), then you can check in with me. We went to see the room and it turned out to be what I wanted, on the top floor (4 out of 5 with zero) and with a view of the mountains! We checked in right away and never regretted it. I don't know about the main building, but this one was cleaned every day and we had no complaints about it. The linen was changed 2 times in 10 days, but we are clean people and it was quite enough for us, if you don't find fault. There are no complaints about nutrition either, everything is more than enough. The territory is clean, the staff does not "sleep", does something all the time, cleans, works shorter. I compare it with more expensive hotels where we rested and everything is fine here, which is also very pleasing. Then there is the contingent, mainly our people, Russians, also Belarusians, Kazakhs and a few locals. I haven't seen any Europeans. Therefore, keep in mind that there are a lot of people in the sea, even a lot, and few in the pools. In hotels where the contingent is predominantly European, everything is exactly the opposite, there is a full house near the pools, and the sea is empty. This is from personal long-term observations. There are always sun beds near the pool, we also always found them at any time, but with difficulty. We have never occupied anything anywhere in the morning and found a place everywhere without problems, and this is also a big plus, I think, given the high season. The territory is small, but pretty. There is a place to go outside the hotel, we went to Kemer by bus (35 lira per person), to Antalya by taxi, there are a lot of local travel agencies nearby, we do not contact the guides. There is a currency exchange office near the hotel (5 minutes on foot), the exchange rate is good, they immediately changed a little. The animation is well done, I really liked the Tour, and all the other guys too, foam parties 2 times a week, darts, bocce, water polo, a show in the evening. Music is booming from everywhere (from different hotels around), but only until 23.00. We had a rest in the first half of August 2024. The hotel is good, the price and quality correspond. The guys try their best: a variety of homemade food, room service, polite attentive staff, large well-groomed territory, animators, organization of excursions, etc. Some inconveniences are created by not quite cultured tourists themselves (for example, "booking" sun beds, despite the ban of the administration and gaining an unlimited number of plates with food remaining on the tables, as well as eternally hungry storming the dining room at the opening and carrying food in bags to the beach). All this with restaurants practically working 3/4 of the day (from 7.00 am to 2.00 am). Traditionally, there are a lot of salads, fruits, sweets and pastries, periodically surprises from the hotel - additional tuna and lamb carcasses at the entrance to the restaurant in a compartment with pilaf, pieces of which will be cut off and put on a plate. Delicious beer, dry wine of acceptable quality, all kinds of cocktails made from local and foreign drinks without restrictions. Insanely delicious dairy products (I recommend ayran). New entertainment programs are organized every evening. But the main thing is the clean, gentle sea, the sun and the atmosphere of the holiday! Of the excursions, you can recommend Demre (Mira), you can visit Kemer and Antalya on your own.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel in July 2024.
It is located a 15-minute drive from Kemer and is located on the first coastline, has a green, well-groomed territory. The hotel is clean, a lot depends on the vacationers, but it is clear that the staff is trying to keep it clean.
The animation is evening and daytime. My granddaughter enjoyed going to the kids' club, drawing, baking cookies, playing bocce, water polo with adults, and running to the disco in the evening)) I went to Tatiana's morning exercises, sweet girl)
Bright shows were held every evening.
It's nice that in this hotel you feel like a family in a warm atmosphere.

This is a great hotel. We lived in anex. There is a lot of food and drinks ! There 's even champagne . The sea is clean before lunch , after lunch, garbage is thrown from the excursion ships and everything sails to the shore ! There are enough sun beds! But wild people occupy the sunbeds with a towel and do not come . I would like the hotel to take measures and inform the guests that if a towel is lying for more than an hour, it is automatically cleaned by the staff. There is no toilet right next to it . You need to go to the lobby of the main building - min. 5. A woman and a man are straining with an offer to go for jackets and fur coats. It seems to me that the announcement at the reception is enough. And the comrades selling corn are also annoying . Well , it really reminds Anapa . There is no measured food and snacks during the day . What a fig corn. Entertainment in the evening is different every day. Animation for children is straight up to the age of 7. This hotel was vacationed in July 2024. We had a nice room on the 1st floor with a large balcony and a view of the hotel grounds. The room was cleaned every day, the linen was changed 1 time in 3 days. Toiletries and bathroom accessories are always available. The restaurant has a lot of vegetables, greens, a variety of dishes, we were not hungry. Fruits and sweets always! In addition, many national dishes were tasted.
There is also a bandstand bar on site. Children's and adult entertainment takes place here every evening. During the day, by the pool, animators also occupy tourists with games, contests, and water aerobics.
Closer to the beach (3-4 minutes walk to it) there is a snack bar where you can have a snack, drink drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, as well as ice cream can be eaten in any quantity.
There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, you can always find a place, umbrellas, shade, everything is well-maintained, clean. Beach towels can also be taken at the hotel and changed at least every day. There is a swing.
In the hotel itself, in the lobby, you can use the free Internet, but not for long, as it ends quickly. Then I had to buy for a week for $ 10. There is also a bar with various drinks next to the lobby.

We returned from Lucida a day ago to our country. I would like to say that there is no smell of 5 stars, there is something to compare it with. The territory is beautiful, parties, a beach with sun beds, friendly animators, very pleasant. The staff is basically the same, perhaps because I spoke to them in Turkish, the room is clean, beautiful (Lucida Annex). That's all the advantages. The pools are open until 7, unfortunately, the snack bars are open until 4 p.m. On the 1st day, my husband and I checked in at 16 o'clock, snack bars do not work, there are still 3 hours before dinner (we were fed only on the plane), we were on excursions for 3 days out of 6, we arrived at 5 pm, dinner only from 19:00. No snacks, nothing, just a drink. The food is monotonous. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, a certain amount, I don't remember this in other hotels, even when I went to 3*. We took 2 tickets for excursions from our guide, many said that it was 30-40 dollars cheaper outside the hotel, we decided not to check it on our return from excursions so as not to get even more upset.

We are currently staying at the Lucida Beach Hotel in Kemer, in the village of Chamyuva. This is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with.
Briefly about the hotel: It's a very dirty hotel. The cleanliness of the building and the territory is not monitored at all. The windows in the building are not wiped at all, everything is stained. The paths in the corridors are not vacuumed at all. They take out the trash in the room and change the towels, and that's it. The room stock is worn out. Beach towels are not washed, they are all stained, they are just apparently ironed under pressure and that's it. The towels in the room are also scary, gray instead of white, and with holes. The dishes in the restaurant also leave much to be desired. Plus, some salt water was flowing from the tap, and it was also in tea and coffee. Accordingly, it was not possible to drink. The reception did not explain this situation.
As for the advantages: a tolerable beach; the location of the hotel, you can walk; friendly staff, they try; there are all sorts of chips: they bake pizza, hamburgers; animation tried.

We rested from 08/26/24-09/03/24. The super hotel is the case when you want to come back here , we rest often , only in Tea for the 3rd time. For a ticket from St. Petersburg, 260t.r. 2bzr and a child were given. The room is large enough, we liked it, it even had a balcony, as the 1st floor. The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 minutes to the sea, sun beds are always available. Cosmically cool food and service. A variety of dishes and full trays if you come to the end of dinner.the hotel was at a standstill, and even with a full load, there are places in the restaurant and they were cleaned instantly. The snack bar has delicious burgers/ shawarma/ French fries and onion rings. Alcohol and cocktails are varied (from champagne to vodka) and you can always get them in any bars without any problems. The animation is excellent, every evening after dinner, as a separate holiday for vacationers. The pool and slides for 2 buildings, there was no smell of bleach, we swam with pleasure. I definitely recommend it

We rested with our daughter of 11 years in Lucida Beach from 21 to 27.08. I will recommend this hotel to those who are not looking for negativity, do not like pathos, and are set for a pleasant time in a beautiful place by the sea.
The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, it is a pity that it is small. Everything is blooming, there are many interesting plants and trees.
The beach is good, the sun beds are comfortable with a cushion :) In the morning at 9 to find a place without problems, but not in the front rows, of course.
I especially liked the swing by the sea! It's beautiful!
The room was in the Annex building on the 1st floor. There is a wall in front of us about 5 meters away and a neighboring hotel behind it. Despite this, the room is bright and the wall is decorated with flowering plants. The room itself is clean and fresh. There are not enough shelves for clothes in the closet, or rather they are not there, only hangers. That's why our things were kept in a suitcase.
Cleaning is weak in the room, I would like to wipe the floor in the shower at least. But it was not critical for us, we folded our things carefully ourselves and made the bed, no problem.
I liked the pools, my daughter got high on the slides. I liked the sun beds in the water in the big pool, it's so nice to hang out there in the heat....
The food is a little monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from, fish daily, chicken, turkey, cutlets. Very tasty desserts! Fruits: peaches, apples, watermelon, grapes... I took an omelet for breakfast, and a very pleasant, smiling guy cooks it.
The restaurant consists of two parts, we walked through the main hall further away, where there are large windows, there are always fewer people and beautiful views from the windows. Only for some reason the air conditioner did not always work properly.
Outside the hotel you can walk along the beautiful streets, flowers, palm trees are beautiful! And shopping is also there.
In general, it was comfortable, cozy and joyful. Only pleasant memories.... Maybe we'll come back!

We are currently staying at this hotel. There is plenty of food, it's not bad enough, everything seems delicious. But coffee machines are constantly broken and there is a queue for hot drinks. I just don't recommend tea, the taste is disgusting because of the water, you can't feel it in the coffee. Habitation: We live in the Annex. The rooms are spacious. There are gels, shampoos, conditioner, hair dryer in the shower. But they don't clean up. I went to the reception, they answered: 1 time in 2 days. Towels are also not changed unless you ask. The floors in the room are dirty, and so is the balcony. The mirror is stained, I couldn't stand it - I washed it myself! Here the cleaning is 100% lame. We stayed at this hotel from June 22 to July 2.We lived in the Annex building across the street from the main one.The rest left the most pleasant impressions, starting with a meeting with Natasha, Guest relation, who personally escorted us to the room immediately after breakfast. The beach and sun beds are very comfortable, but you will not enter the sea without safety shoes because of the stones.
The sea is magnificent, if not stormy.The water is clean and transparent.
It is wonderful that there are two promenades for walking.As a wish to the management, it is necessary to change worn-out bed linen and towels on time, especially if you are in a country that produces such high-quality textiles.

We rested for 10 days in September 2024.
1. About the features of the Annex: Although the hotel is generally good, we are faced with a discrepancy between expectations and reality. We were looking for a hotel on the first line. But if you are traveling with Annex, then you will be accommodated not in the main building (just on the first line), but in Annex Corpus. This is the second line, and you will have to cross the road to the hotel every time. It was very unpleasant for us - we expected to be as close to the sea as possible, but they settled us as in settlements. You will not live in a beautiful territory from the photos, but in a separate building with a view of neighboring hotels, alleys, a garbage dump, and an entrance canopy. I added a photo of the screenshot because it is impossible to add a screenshot in Yandex maps 🤡
2. Sea: the beach is sand with pebbles, the beach line is large enough, you can easily find a place, especially if you come early. We flew across the sea, and we were satisfied.
3️⃣ Meals: they are fed 3 times a day (+ mysterious "night soup" from 23 to 00), there are 2 snack bars open during the day. The food was really good: in 10 days we managed to see at dinner a Turkish night with local dishes, seafood (crayfish, tuna, sushi), and lamb and various types of cooked lamb, and pasta in a cheese head. There are 4-5 types of meat for lunch and dinner every day. At the same time, there are enough vegetables, greens, and low-fat food. About alcohol: cocktails are of course mostly very sweet, but you can always take wines (red, white, pink) or pure alcohol, the main bar is open until midnight. In general, we were satisfied with alcohol.
4️⃣ Rooms: We lived in the Annex Corpus. The room is beautiful, it matches the photo. The air conditioner works without problems. There are enough surfaces on the balcony to dry things. From the details: there is no forced ventilation in the bathroom, so odors and humidity stay there for a long time. The bed linen was changed once in 10 days, on the day of our departure.
5️⃣ Infrastructure: the main area is small, but beautiful and well maintained. Even in high season, you can find a place in a restaurant, by the pools, on the beach, at the bar. The only thing is that the restroom closest to the beach is located a little far from it.
6️⃣ Animation: there were 6 animators in the hotel: 3 guys and 3 girls. Everyone is friendly, they walk around the territory and actively invite people to activities. There are a lot of activities from morning to evening: water polo, bocce, darts, volleyball, exercise, etc. You can easily explain yourself to the Turkish staff in Runglish.
What we didn't like:
1️⃣ Lack of free wi-fi. A week of Internet on site costs $ 10 per device. It's good that it pulls almost all over the territory, we even caught it on the beach. And you can also connect to the free Internet (400MB limit) several times....
2️⃣ A dry bag with you. Frankly speaking, we did not collect it so-so: tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, an apple, a piece of bread 😕 If you go, take a more substantial meal on the way out or be ready to pay at Antalya airport.
The rest was good, we would be happy with everything if we lived on the main territory. Annex we will not go any more.

The music from the nearby hotel ended at exactly 23:00, there were no problems with this)
Very tasty pizza at the anex building, as well as at the bar next to the beach, a nice woman made delicious tortillas for lunch. We always had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant, and dined just with these snacks on site) unlimited ice cream and drinks, refrigerators with water everywhere 👍🏻 The beer was very light, diluted, but pleasant. There are a lot of animals on the territory, a cute dog with a red bandana met everyone at breakfast))
Next to the hotel on the embankment there is a good hookah bar where there is a man with ice cream (hookah 8 $), we spent every evening there, watched evening shows a couple of times, we were not very impressed)) but the guys are great, they try, there was something new every night + once they got to a foam party at the pool. - constantly breaking coffee machines, there is also a queue for coffee in the morning (and this is in October).
- the restaurant specifically turns off the lights at the end of lunch or dinner, as if specifically so that guests do not stay too long or in order to save money. Very hospitable.
- they left a card in the room so that the air conditioner would work. The cleaner came in and pulled it out, apparently also in order to save money. Even in the most showery hotels, they didn't do that.
- the beach is not cleaned at all. Garbage, cigarette butts, a lot of flies in the morning.
- in October, after 10 a.m., finding a free sunbed on the beach is a great success.
- A Roma spa employee was rude to my mom when she asked for towels.
Of the advantages, only a good sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel. By the way, boats and yachts sail very close to the buoys at sea. Be careful.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Lucida Beach Hotel left extremely negative impressions. I'll start with cleaning the room — it was just bad. The daily cleaning left much to be desired, and the feeling that the room was not cleaned at all, just the bed was made.
As for nutrition, the choice of food was meager, and the fruits were simply unbearable — they did not look expressionless and tasted like that, watermelon is just water. The vegetables are empty - cucumber and tomato taste the same. The animation in the hotel was also not impressed: mediocre programs and lack of variety, on the 8th day of rest I watched the same show.(apparently there is a calculation that they rest for a maximum of 7 days)
The beach, of course, was normal, but this is the only thing that can be highlighted positively. There was no service at the hotel — there were always huge queues at the bar, and the choice of drinks left much to be desired. The ice in the drinks was cloudy, which suggests that unfiltered water was used. Only the main bar in the hotel lobby was transparent.
And, unfortunately, even Wi-Fi turned out to be paid, which nowadays looks just absurd. In general, I would call this place a high-security facility and give it a stretched 4-star rating. I absolutely do not advise you to relax here — there are many other places where you can get much more for your money or pay a little extra and not regret it at all.

The cuisine is not diverse, it's the same every day, but you can see the guys are trying. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone, it is old, dirty - I will not say, but the owners have something to work on. Beach towels are old, faded, pale of an incomprehensible color. Reviews of this hotel are very different, from positive to negative. When choosing this hotel, everyone should understand that for such money you are offered a budget five, you do not need to expect anything more than that. We spent 10 days of our vacation here and were satisfied. Good hotel, helpful/friendly staff, delicious and moderately varied food, decent rooms, clean and green area. The most important thing is the sea, incredibly transparent. There were always available sun beds, even for our large company. If it hurts to walk on pebbles, buy special shoes on arrival or in advance.
Of the cons, yes, the cleaning is lame. The bed linen was not changed, they forgot to report the required number of towels - everything can be settled through the reception.
The food gets a little boring by the end of the vacation, because you already have time to try everything.
WiFi is paid — for us, "$15 for 2 weeks" definitely did not cause a spoiled vacation or writing a negative review about this hotel.
Animation is not a big fan, but the guys are very active, there have always been some activities for both adults and children. In the evenings, the disco was not present, it was too stuffy (August) and loud.
We will not return here a second time, but the memories will remain the brightest.

We had a rest in the middle of June. We sat down at minus one, the room smelled damp, asked to be relocated, they said it would be possible only in the morning. We slept terribly all night, there was a terrible hum from the ventilation. In the morning we were moved to the 3rd floor without problems and surcharges. The territory is green and clean.the beach is clean, there were no problems with towels. There are good SPA massage therapists, many thanks to the massage therapist Anna, they broke all or most of my nodes, there is lightness in the body, the pain has been removed, I still feel good. In general, I would like the hotel to pay more attention to washing the floors, there is a certain negligence and not freshness.

Overall, the hotel is good. I liked its location, the territory of the hotel is hidden from passers-by.
It is very beautiful, there are many plants, trees and even chickens.
The dining room works great, there is a large selection of dishes, but still every day, plus or minus the same thing, so in the end it already gets boring. It is better not to come to the very beginning of dinner / lunch, there are a lot of people and it is banal not to find a place to sit down.
It takes literally 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea, 4 minutes from the annex building. The beach is clean, lots of sun loungers, soft. The shore itself is small-medium pebbles, which is very convenient.
The rooms in the annex building are renovated, fresh, and beautiful. It was nothing terrible, it was not shabby. There is everything you need. The water bar is replenished every day.
It's debatable about cleaning here, they seem to be cleaning, but they don't seem to be. The towel is changed, the trash is taken out, swept, but the sink itself, the shower room has never been washed in 10 days. They didn't understand about the bedding either, they didn't change it after 3 days, as they needed to, but later, so also with stains.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid, which is very inconvenient. It catches free only at the lobby bar, 400mb per day, the speed is not very fast, sometimes it is impossible to connect.
What was very outraged-the hotel is 5 stars, ultra all inclusive, but there is no iron!! Rather, it is there, but only for an additional fee ... it would be possible to put 1 ironing board on the floor, it would be more convenient for everyone!
The staff is nice, polite, friendly, you can make friends with everyone))
We liked living in the annex building more, even though it's across the street from the main one. First of all, it's not far. Secondly, the whole movement takes place at the main one and sometimes it is very loud. Also, if you are accommodated on the 1st floor of the main building, then you will simply be in full view of everyone, either hotel guests or just passers-by on the street. Thirdly, the annex has its own pool with slides, which the main pool does not have. Fourth, there are normal human balconies where you can sit and relax, and in the main building there are French ones.
In general, the hotel can be put at 4/5. More advantages, of course. There are small flaws, but it's not critical)

The argument that a room with a sea view was paid for does not work at all (FunSun had an overpayment for a room with a sea view of about 35 t₽ for 12 nights for two, but no one at the hotel cared).
