But what killed them the most was that they didn't have enough information about the composition of the family, give them photocopies of the passports of the former tenants with confirmation that they were discharged. The tenants who have been in another strange place for 4 years and they don't care about me. Well, I don't even want to talk about the rudeness of the employees I encountered. It feels like everything in this organization is done in such a way that you yourself couldn't do anything and went to bow to them with a bribe.
