The table was booked in advance, the receptionist Galina said that the music was live only on weekends and therefore the music was from a USB stick on the speaker. When the waitress came to the restaurant today, she said that they had one flash drive and it was playing outside and we could turn on our own. As a result, the Internet is bad there, the speaker itself was constantly turned off. When we wanted to dance, a girl came and gestured for us to turn down the sound, it turned out to be the receptionist Anastasia) then she came again and gestured (did not talk) and ran away. When we asked her what was the matter, she said that our music was interrupting the background and kind of interfering in another room. But there wasn't a single person in that room. We asked them to turn on the background music, as the speaker worked every other time, to which they replied that there was no music in our hall. As a result, the mood was completely ruined, the holiday was ruined and we just left, because it already looked like a wake. They left much earlier than planned. When we left, Anastasia, the receptionist, just hid behind the bar and looked out. The conclusion is that the staff is not competent at all, there is no service. Will I come again? No!!!!!
