Alexey handled the paperwork (at the same time, he was constantly in touch with someone, asking 1001 questions about what to do and how to do it), who also made a video review of the car at the time of delivery, which also notified me at the time of all signatures and all agreements on the deposit of 900 rubles. No one had previously told me about any bail in repeated correspondence via Viber, as it turned out on the spot with a man named Anton.We are making an advance payment, of course, everything should go according to plan. It's time to hand over the car, I first check on Viber whether the person who decides everything under the name Anton will be on site, he answers-come on, I'm on site. We give away the car and then the numbers started again with the deposit amount minus 55p for washing the car (for mats with a small amount of sand?), I would like to note our careful attitude to the car, because we are car owners ourselves.The body is clean.Should I wash the 55p mats? I'm really sorry that I didn't take a picture of the plastic cups with some of the contents that we cleaned for someone on our own.But they didn't tell you their FI.And yes, Alexey personally took the cup and put it back at the time of car delivery. Next, minus 20p for fuel, without explanation, but I would like to. In total, Anton tells me, I'll give you 830r, I agree. A car inspection began and then Anton was attracted to an oil stain on the hood, the review was as honest as possible and on the spot we also said that we put the cake on the hood for a photo, the cake was on the substrate.And then, after looking at it for a long time, Anton finds scratches, which, of course, were NOT present when the car was delivered. Alexey confirms this information.(showing me the photo already, it's not clear at all how old it is, because only the video was shot with me) I want to note that the mood was no longer from the word at all, the birthday boy is standing next to him, already knowing all the amounts spent on this holiday and then he got into scratches. We are leaving the place of deposit without a deposit and with the decision that tomorrow they will call us and tell us if it is possible to fix it.Tomorrow they are already writing to me that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are days off and the master will be on Monday. Guys, you write that you've been on the market since 2011, and you might think that your Sonya, next to the parking garage, probably didn't know in advance that it costs 20 minutes of time and money to polish this place there. As a result, the issue was resolved only on October 14, and we were charged 300 rubles for polishing this area, indicating that deep scratches remained. So, summing up this story, I will say: the feeling that we are specifically fed up. It is a pity that we got our first bitter experience of car rental in your organization.

Renting a Toyota Camry car in 2020 from IP Tratsevsky AA for 4 days left negative impressions. Due to the lack of time to find another car rental option, I had to agree with the price and late delivery. It was unpleasant to be confronted with the fact that there was a couple of km of fuel left. (before the first refueling). In addition, the washer was empty, the car inside was not cleaned after the previous lease. During the use of the car, the remote control constantly failed and there were difficulties opening the doors and starting the engine. On the 3rd day of the lease, due to changes in the weather, I decided to pour water into the washer, but faced the problem of not being able to close the hood. I was forced to return to the sole proprietor's office, where they promised to quickly fix the problem. However, the specialist confirmed the long repair. As a result, I was offered to provide another car in 15 minutes, after which the delivery was extended for another 40 minutes. All plans were disrupted, so I had to abandon the further lease. The refund was partially made in the amount of one day, although in fact they should have returned it in 1.5 days with a bunch of negative emotions from the entrepreneur, realizing that I had become a hostage to the situation. The service is disgusting. In the future, I will never use the services of IP Tratsevsky A.A. and I do not recommend it to anyone.
