We booked a BMW a few days in advance at 11 a.m., we were told to drive up to Goretsky 95. We arrived at the address on the day of the rental, they say: after booking, you asked for a sample contract, we sent it to you, after that you did not write that the reservation was valid, so we did not prepare the car for you. Yeah. About 15 minutes later, a girl called and said: the car will be ready in an hour, just go to another address. I agreed, we arrived even a little later to make sure the car was ready, we called, and they told us: the car is broken, we can give you a Peugeot 2008 to replace the BMW 2017. Instead of immediately saying that the car is broken, they are fooling around to come to them and then try to get at least something in. As a result, we spent 2 hours of time and were left without a car, although it may be for the best that we did not contact them.
