The prices are too high, the additional service for delivery and bouquet design is also not encouraging, but most of all, the approach to customers and the culture of communication when ordering online were disappointing. There is no clear timetable for responses, and the overall impression of the dialogue is unpleasant. I would like to receive more professional and respectful communication with the client at this price level. So the flowers may be good, but the service doesn't suit me, I won't be back.
