A very nice cozy cafe-pastry shop, to be honest, we were afraid to go in, we thought that the price tags would be atomic, but it turned out that despite the recent renovation, the beautiful unusual interior, like from a romantic movie, the prices are very affordable (for a tourist from the Northern Capital of Russia, that's for sure). We took a blueberry-lavender cake and a strawberry-pistachio cheesecake, both cakes are very tasty, it feels like the ingredients are natural, made by professional hands. We had a lot of fun. If we ever visit Mogilev again, we will definitely return to this pastry shop.

Madeleine is an excellent choice if you want to feel at home in a cozy European cafe, treat yourself to amazing pastries and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. A cozy cafe with a real French atmosphere. I liked everything: from the interior to the courteous service. But a separate delight is the measuring roll! It's just a great taste — airy, delicate, not sickly sweet. Now it's my must-have on every visit. The prices, of course, are not low, but I am willing to pay for such high-quality desserts and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it!

We were at the Madeleine Cafe today (3.01.25). We had a Van Gogh cake and a meringue roll. The cake is very tasty, but the meringue roll is just disgusting. We immediately went to the cashier Marina, she was very unhappy, and did not react to us in any way, she was washing the tray diligently. To our claims that the meringue roll is not like that, they replied that it should be like that. We have tried meringue roll many times in other places, there is something to compare it with. There should be meringue, but here it's just boiled protein.
