The cafe is located on the pedestrian zone. It's quite democratic, I've been there several times and didn't notice much workload. It's noisy, somehow in a friendly, simple way.
The interior is simple, the menu is small, a lot of pizza and simple dishes. They cook for a solid 4. They serve quickly, the waiters try their best.
What I like is the bakery at this institution, the entrance is nearby, you can also get to the bakery directly from the institution. So that's where to accelerate - various cakes, desserts, everything is fresh and very tasty. Napoleon took it- it is incomparable! Bakers girls- you are clever!

One of the few places where you can find cream cakes based on cottage cheese, as in cheesecakes. Their coffee is also good. There used to be a good place, but now the cafe has COMPLETELY deteriorated. On holidays, we went to drink coffee with our family, and at that time a flock of cockroaches crawled on the wall right behind the cash register. In response to our comment, an employee of the cafe IGNORED the fact that insects were crawling on freshly baked products. I kindly ask the health services to pay attention to this egregious fact of negligence and strongly recommend that you, users, do not visit Madeleine if you value your health.

My favorite coffee shop is a pastry shop. Some of the best in Mogilev. Always fresh pastries, bread rolls, and most importantly - cakes. For many years now, our every holiday has been only with a Madeleine cake. The staff will always help with the choice, tell you about the pies. I definitely recommend it.

I came to Mogilev for a couple of days, a friend advised me to go to Madeleine. I was pleasantly surprised by the Baroque interior! Reasonable prices, everything is clean, coffee and cakes were also liked. I went with my friends (we came from Moscow), everyone checked out the place.
If I return to Mogilev, I will definitely go back to Madeleine and also drop in for dinner at the Van Gogh restaurant, which is located behind the screen.

I do not share any enthusiastic or positive feedback from the institution. They refused to accept the order at the checkout, as we were not going to take "coffee with us". They made me wait for the waiter, which took about half an hour. And about the same amount for completing an order of three drinks. At the same time, we are sitting in front of the cooking place and watching how the cheese foam has run out for one drink, no one is going to add it, and the rest of the drinks are standing and cooling peacefully. As a result, they bring us cold hot chocolate, fluffy tea without cheese foam. As if that's the way it should be. When we asked where the foam was, we were rudely told that "The foam is over, well, if you wait at least another 20 minutes..."
We get up and leave. Since it's really disrespectful to yourself to pay for such a high-quality order fulfillment. They begin to persuade us, explaining that there are a lot of orders. I did not see any full landing, 3 tables in the first hall and 3 tables in the second were occupied. There is no queue at the checkout either.

But the cakes do not reach the mark perfectly ("Snickers" feels like you are eating cottage cheese with nuts, "Red Velvet" on the contrary has little cream, "Homemade Cheesecake" cake is very dry). I can't appreciate the quality and taste of the dishes. The fact is that they simply did not serve. The hall was almost empty, and about a dozen waiters were standing idle. In 10 minutes, no one noticed our waiting, and after that they reported a long wait for our order... They seemed happy that we were leaving. It's a pity that you can't put less than one star in the review:(
