The address seems to exist, but for delivery services it's like it's in a parallel universe. Couriers, of course, are heroes — they always find them, but the deliveries themselves behave as if there are taiga and wolves here. A little wind blew or a little rain dripped — that's it, the area is out of the access zone. And some apps haven't heard of him at all, as if he's on another planet. If you plan to order food, be patient in advance.

PROS: warm residential complex, near the embankment and Mosque, comfortable courtyard, quiet area, friendly residents. Beautiful landscape, countryside nature and cozy atmosphere. Bus stops nearby. CONS: there is no parking, the driveways in the courtyard are narrow, there is no direct bus route from Madrid residential complex to the left bank, transfers are inconvenient.
