I booked a room in this hotel 2 days in advance on the website mybooking.uz I arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning, the hotel told me that the room would be empty at 12, I left my bag and went to have a snack, I return and they tell me that there are no rooms left. I say that I booked in advance and also left my bag, which means that I would have 100% checked into their hotel. But I was told that they had done me a favor and looked after my bag. And they didn't even apologize and were very arrogant. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the words and tone of the guy at the reception, and it is clear that he is the same visitor as us. I think I booked cheaper, but there were those who paid more, so they refused me.

The hotel is disgusting, the staff is rude, the bedding is dirty, there is a cigarette hole on the sheets, mold in the bathtub, there is no breakfast, the towels are dirty, the room is smelly and smoky.
