Good location and good service. Master Irina is a professional and a pleasant person. The ability to get manicures and pedicures in four hands was initially the main criterion, but the high level of service and friendly atmosphere made me a regular customer.

I'm a dye lover.😅😅She always painted herself with household paints. Today I got into the hands of a SPECIALIST! Master Veronica. I had a complex coloring done, the color was leveled, and I was absolutely delighted with my reflection in the mirror. My eyes have become brighter, my face is even more beautiful. Veronica has taken into account all the wishes, she is a master who knows how to listen and hear all the client's requests and, of course, bring them to life, she also knows how to work with types. The work was done efficiently and quickly. Veronica also makes mega cool hairstyles of any complexity and for any occasion, makeup, haircuts for women, coloring and eyebrow correction. The new staff of nail service specialists leaves much to be desired. I came to the salon on December 30 to get a manicure before the holiday, and I made an appointment with Irina's master in advance. I don't have time to sit down at the master's table, I was refused a service (nail treatment and gel polish coating). The master immediately said, as soon as he looked at my nails, that he would not make a coating for me, that I had damaged nails, that I needed to go to the doctor, not for a manicure, that it could harm my health (photos of nails are attached). In response, I was told that this was a "damage" to my nails since childhood, it was a genetic feature of large nails, that I had been manicured many times by other masters in this salon and in other salons, and now I am being refused for the first time. Moreover, the master spoke in a rude tone, angrily tearing off the mask from her face. As a result, a spoiled mood, time spent additionally searching for another place where they can still have time to get a manicure before the new year, as everything is usually scheduled in advance on such days. As a result, we managed to find a master in another place, where everything was perfectly done a few hours later (I attach a photo after that). The quality of Irina's work and services could not be assessed, but her customer communication skills and politeness leave much to be desired. I will pass this salon by now, although I used to go there often because of the proximity to home.
