I stay at this hotel on business trips. The rooms are spacious, but the cleaning is very poor, there is dust and sand everywhere, the towels are dirty. The food is scarce, you have to order from the paid menu. The location is close to the sea, a pleasant area near the pool. The market and fruit stalls are 5 minutes away by tuk tuk. Massage is better in a hotel than in salons, although a little more expensive.

I liked the Thai-style hotel. It is very unusual and beautiful. Nice territory, there is a swimming pool, but not at all deep. The food is good, but there is not much choice. There are always delicious fruits and this is the main thing. If you walk 20 minutes from the hotel, you can see the planes landing and take pictures. For me, the beach is average, but the view is beautiful.

I stayed here a couple of times for a couple of days. A beautiful hotel. The bath is a separate love, very beautiful. Superior rooms have their own access to the pool 👍🏼 Standard breakfasts. The rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony. Lunch and dinner - one at a time. The hotel staff is very polite and try to be helpful. I swam on the beach only 1 time. It's not the best beach for swimming. But at the end of the beach, you can get close to the airport and take pictures near the planes taking off/ landing. Just don't forget to check the schedule beforehand :) The location of the hotel is far from the best. There is a 7/11 store nearby, the nearest one is about 15-20 minutes away. We went for a massage, ordered a free transfer to the reception from the massage parlor. We were picked up by car, we had a massage, then we also bought fruit and went to the nearest 7/11, and the driver waited for us and took us back. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. There is an abandoned building nearby. The beach is a minute's walk away. There are a couple of cafes nearby.

I don't want to sound stuffy, but I'm not looking for five stars. I put three, for the reaction. Pros: Thai-style hotel, large spacious room, beautiful sea view, air conditioning, cleaning is done every day (but not clean, more on that below) huge swimming pool, green area. Cons: bed linen, if someone is squeamish, this is not a hotel for you. When I was there, the bed linen was changed five times a day, it was all stained yellow. Cleaning is not done efficiently, closing the door to the toilet, a dead moth lay for half a vacation and constantly forgot to bring towels to the set. The air conditioner is very very noisy. Food - for the first three days we liked everything for breakfast, but then we got tired and the menu is the same. The territory is large and the pools are cool - but unfortunately there is no care at all (perhaps we were out of season and such care is not provided). Unwashed windows, we asked to be washed on the first day, I'm not talking about curtains at all. Very low lighting, it is impossible to put on makeup (I am sighted). The beach is close, but it is just as unpleasant to walk to it, it is dirty and the beach itself is also dirty. Aeroflot flight attendants are constantly in this hotel - suitcases, knocks, and so on.

We have been vacationing here since January 6, 2023. I took 2 rooms, as we are vacationing with a family of 4 people. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, as they claim to be! 4 with a sooooooo big stretch! We have one of the rooms in the hotel at room 2109. The card reader device in the door is not working for the 3rd day! ! ! Every time they come, they claim that there are problems with the card and open the door with their portable device. Their card doesn't open the door either. The next day, everything repeats! Do you even have a concept of what repair, replacement of a broken lock is? And you claim to be a 5-star hotel? For the maintenance of a solid 2! On the 3rd day, they asked to replace the room at the reception, they claim that there are no available rooms. I don't think they'll do anything after we leave. So, if you are lucky enough to check into room 2109, get ready to make daily marches at the reception before getting into the room. The hotel itself is a bit old, there are buildings that are not working in front of the hotel. The dinners are modest, the breakfasts are good. There are not many people on the beach, sometimes plankton bite in the sea. The territory of the hotel is not large, there is a children's pool. I do not recommend the hotel, it is not worth the money. Have a good rest!

We arrived at the hotel. The ruin caught my eye, namely the old dilapidated abandoned buildings. On the first line. We think, well, okay, but the sea is nearby- the first line. That was the only advantage. Then, at exactly 14:00 and not a minute earlier, we were taken far by shuttle to the room. Have arrived. They escorted me out, and after 30 minutes, when I had almost sorted out all my things, an employee came running and started telling me that this was not our room and we urgently needed to get out. I'm with a little kid for a minute. No apologies, he just started rushing wildly, not letting me get ready properly. Then I come to our room. Dirty cups, hair, and dirty towels (and the department fines 600 baht for soiled towels). Then I'm waiting more for everything to be changed and the cherry on the cake is the noise of the air conditioner, as if someone else is about to vomit. The technician spent an hour picking at it. Without giving intelligible comments. The administration did not even respond to requests to come and sort it out. The number was offered to be changed only the next day. They also refused to return the money for half a day of swearing. In general, from 14:00 to 19:30, I tried to solve all this, and all the time the child was still crying and throwing tired tantrums. We ended up going to another hotel (which is a minute cheaper, but a million times higher than all expectations). I don't know how the epic of getting the money back will end, but I've never seen anything like this in my life, even in Turkey. I don't recommend it.

Bicycles are old on the territory, if you get them, you can take a bucket to the store. The beach is dirty. They don't clean, the trees are overgrown. There was 1 double bed and 2 single beds, there was no bed for the child. There were 4 towels, 4 bottles of water in the room. No matter how much we tried, we did not get a bed or a cot, and the rest, too, as if the child did not exist, and the tour operator was called and the guide (Vsevolod) talked 2 times, they promise him and again the same thing, i.e. nothing. It's very strange, they smile and nod their heads and nothing is done. About the food; everything is far away from about 1 km to go or go by tuk-tuk, there is no market or a normal cafe nearby. The linen has never been changed in 2 weeks, although the towels were changed every day. We are very disappointed.
