We called the Odes hotline and a day later we were given linen for free for the entire period of stay? What's the joke, no one understood, neither we, nor a separate guide, nor a travel agency in Moscow. For the first time in our life, we have such an adventure .... Sleeping a child on a towel and covering me with 2 towels... We have not received any apologies from the staff!

We really liked this hotel. The rooms are large, the bathroom is decorated with an elephant's head pouring water, the bed is comfortable, and the plasma TV is a decent size. The room cleaning is good.A pool with cascades, and considering that the sea in our time period was not bathing due to back currents and high waves, it helped a lot. Its size is amazing. There weren't many sun beds, but there were plenty of them. From the first floor, you can immediately dive into the warm water of the pool. The food was good and varied. The only disadvantage is the distance from civilization. For dinner and a massage, we rode a tutuk or a bicycle, which we took for free at the hotel. The nearest beach with calm waters is about 6 km away. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
