We haven't been to Mac for a very long time and finally decided to go. We rarely go there at all, so such a service was even more insulting.
We ordered large French fries, large rustic potatoes, ice cream, cocktail, pie and cheese sauce for potatoes. I had all this with me, because the weather was hot, I wanted to eat outside.
We received the order (we waited a long time, although there were few people). It's our fault that we didn't check the order on the spot, but ran to eat right away.
We came to the benches (they went through the underpass from the poppy, respectively, did not go long).
Opening an order:
- The cocktail has melted altogether
- French fries are half a box and it's all absolutely soft, it's impossible to eat. I threw it away after eating a couple of pieces.
- there is no cheese sauce
- the potatoes are rustic cold
- the pie is cold
Thanks for the ice cream, it was the only one of good quality. One star is just for him.
We didn't go for the sauce and change the order just because we didn't want to go and spoil our mood even more with explanations.
But the sediment is so offensive. The evening is absolutely ruined.
Of course, we won't come to this mac anymore.

The food is delicious, but personally I didn't really like the local cheese sauce ...
I put 4/5 due to the fact that during the New Year holidays, when there were many visitors, none of the staff watched (or specially removed) absolutely all the numbers at the kiosks to bring to the table. There was a crowd near the main cash register and distribution and it was extremely inconvenient to go there to get an order, especially from the second floor.

In the kitchen, cutlets, French fries, and burger buns were scattered on the floor. The order was waited for 15 minutes, although it arrived 25 minutes before closing time. But what I saw in the hall shocked me. The whole hall was dirty, someone's napkins were lying on the tables, bags, trays, etc. were lying on the floor. All the trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Cola was spilled on tables, chairs, and the floor. The toilet was dirty, there was no soap, no towels either.

After checking the order, it turned out that the sandwiches were cold, and we did not count the potatoes at all. Most of the employees are young guys and honestly, it was the first time they greeted me so warmly and for the first time they made and brought my order so quickly. I want to express my deep gratitude to the girl Polina, who kindly (and with a smile on her face) agreed to redo my drink without ice (although I forgot to specify that I wanted without ice). There are no pork cutlets for breakfast, I would not have gone, but since I came, I ordered of course not at all what I expected, a complete disappointment. The second long wait is given the cooled potatoes, I asked to replace them, but without any problems we said we would bring them. We were sitting on the 2nd floor, they brought it well, but it turned out not to be salty from the word at all, who suddenly tried understands that it is not edible from the second floor and after a long wait did not go to salt as a result of 80% of my beloved potatoes in the trash (honestly tried with sauce, but it's disgusting).
