The food is great, the staff is friendly, orders are collected quickly (but when a lot of people have to wait), everything is as it was in the old mac, although there is not enough big mac. And those who complain about the code in the toilet, do you feel better when homeless people arrange raves in the toilet? For example, I didn't like it at all.

Waiting for 30 minutes or more. The attitude towards the guests is nothing. No apologies, no compliments for wasting so much time here.
They asked for a package to take everything with them, they said it costs a ruble. They asked to give it for free, because waiting 30 minutes for a fast food company is trash:) I asked the manager to give me a package politely, to which she silently gave the usual one without handles. Thank you 🤝

I give a good review for the integrity and courtesy of the staff :)
We stopped by in the evening and made an order. When ready, they did not check it and took it with them. On the way, we found that we had not put food in the bag for almost half of the order price.
They came back to pick it up. The manager immediately found out, apologized and gave two pies as a bonus :)
I am glad that under the new naming, people have remained as kind to work<3

The front door opens with effort, some visitors, when trying to open the door, turn around already at the entrance, probably assuming that the institution is closed.
