We entrusted the seller Vera (I don't remember her last name or patronymic) with organizing the funeral, collecting all the necessary documents and paying for everything on the spot. And we regretted it very much later. He is a very irresponsible, incompetent person who cannot cope with his duties. She assured us that she would do everything, but in fact, our father's funeral almost failed. The work that she was supposed to do in the morning, she decided to do only after lunch, which entailed a lot of troubles, problems and nerves. Such irresponsible people should not work in an organization such as a funeral service. People are in trouble, and you're giving them such a pig. I had to connect Director Maxim (sorry, I don't really know). He assured us that everything would be done on time. In fact, on the day of the funeral, everyone is on edge.. If they do, they won't make it.. My nerves were pretty shaken up, of course. The father's body was brought two hours later than planned.
