A very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan, with very helpful staff. The hotel has only 10 rooms. Classic breakfast: scrambled eggs, vegetables, sausages, porridge and tea with coffee. Four stars solely because room 110 is missing a piece of plaster in the corner.

One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. It is very convenient and fast to get to any location located in the city center. At the same time, the hotel itself is located deep in the block, due to which street noise is not heard in it. Nearby, at the exit to Tumanyan Street, a 2-minute walk to the right is the Gourmet hypermarket (open around the clock), where you can buy everything you need, as well as exchange rubles (and other currencies) for drams with a good exchange rate and have a snack for those who arrive early in the morning, like us. But we had breakfast at Surf coffee, which is located on the corner of Tumanyan and Nalbandyan, also a couple of minutes away. The hotel has friendly and courteous staff who respond to any request. But the issue of fixing the valve that switches the shower from the watering can to the hose could not be resolved. On the very first day, this switch broke off and was not restored until the end of our stay. The room has everything you need (hairdryer, refrigerator, TV with Russian channels, a set of cups, glasses and small spoons, tea bags, shampoo and gel, disposable toothbrushes and mini toothpaste, hand soap). Towels are changed every day. We were at the end of April and the heated towel rail in the bathroom was no longer working because the heating was turned off. We ate too much breakfast. It takes place in a buffet style. Washed or boiled eggs, a couple of vegetable salads, chopped several types of sausage and cheese, bread, pita bread, rolls, butter, milk, compote, ground and instant coffee, fruit plate are served. There is an electric turk for making ground coffee. During our visit, it rained every other day, and since the heating was turned off, the room was quite humid and cool. They were saved by the air conditioner, which was turned on either for heating or for drying. Overall, the stay was comfortable.
