The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Lots of cafes, grocery stores, tour desks, buses leaving right across the street - no need to get up in advance, and naturally a beautiful center. The second huge plus is the staff. Responsive, friendly, no complaints. The room is small and cramped in places, such as in the bathroom and by the bed. There are no complaints about cleanliness. The room is heated with air conditioning, but warm pajamas would not hurt. I recommend it to everyone, it's a great option for the money.

We came to Yerevan for a few days and stayed at this hotel. The staff at the reception is very polite. The room itself is quite clean. The big disadvantage was that we were on the 1st floor and the room was quite damp and stuffy. The window faced a busy road and couldn't be opened. There was not enough fresh air. Towels are clean, dental kits, slippers. There are no shampoos, etc., keep in mind. There is a bar, paid and free tea. You need to buy water for boiling water. In general, it is suitable for a short stay if you walk a lot and spend only the night there.
