The rooms are standard, there is everything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms is average - cleaning is focused on the most accessible places. The plumbing is already quite dilapidated.
Polite, friendly staff: helped, prompted, answered all questions. After checking out of the hotel, it was convenient to leave your luggage in the luggage room.
The breakfasts are buffet style, normal, without frills, but in general everyone can choose what they like. Unfortunately, there is no permanent restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are many places to eat nearby.
The location is good, you can take a walk.

One of the disadvantages is that the lights went off in our room several times, we still did not understand for what reason. There are no channels or internet connected to the TV. Staying in the room is very boring. They asked the reception to solve the problem with the light and the Internet connection to the TV, but they did not wait. The cleanliness of the room out of 10, I would put 7. Plumbing out of 10, too, 7. The shower was faulty. The elevator was also working for some reason, but not. When they were evicted, they had to carry heavy suitcases down by themselves.

The bed linen is good, but the duvet covers are not ironed, the mattress is very hard and at the same time comfortable. The suite is huge, bright, and cozy. The breakfasts did not make an impression, the hot dishes run out quickly and are not replenished, although a huge man constantly walks around, looks everywhere, but that's all. The coffee machine is disabled, it does not work all the time. But the main problem of this hotel is cleaning. There's been a lot of writing about it, and that's the way it is. Practically, while you live there, they will not clean up your house, they will not even take out the garbage. They'll put water on and that's it. There is also no question of replacing bed linen, not once in a week. The reception staff is quite friendly, but very forgetful. In general, I liked the Hotel, especially when the elevator started working, but it will not suit people who are sensitive to cleanliness.

A great hotel for its 3 stars. We lived for 14 days and there was not a single problem. Good, delicious breakfasts, constant change of towels and room cleaning. Friendly, helpful staff. The guys at the reception will always help and tell you.
It is also an excellent location near the airport and between two train stations, each is a maximum of 10 minutes by taxi.
My wife and I were delighted. We are grateful to the staff for their hospitality.

I liked everything. The hotel is in a quiet location, in the city center and a 15-minute drive from the airport. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable.

The kettle and tea were brought to the room only after request. The mattresses are a little hard, but after 3 nights you get used to it))) Well, they take care of toilet paper. And it is completely incomprehensible that a large number of windows on the upper, 4th floor are curtained from the outside: solid opaque brown shields are tightly screwed on outside the windows (as if you are sitting in a bunker) - they do not warn about this anywhere.

The very option when expectation and reality completely coincided. A comfortable and inexpensive hotel located in quiet courtyards near Shota Rustaveli Street. The airport and train station can be reached by taxi in about 15 minutes. The room is perfectly quiet, clean and nice. Tea and water are present. We stayed for one night. We arrived late, met, settled in. The next day, they were allowed to stay in the room for free until 16:00. The breakfast is standard, without frills, but very good. The hotel is a little far from the center and the metro, but considering the taxi prices, this is not a problem.

And a sooo big minus: we had an early departure for an excursion to Samarkand, in the evening we warned, asked to pack breakfast with us. We were promised and assured.that there will be no problems! As a result, they FORGOT about us!! They shifted this problem to the previous shift, but did not do anything, although the kitchen was already working at that time... They were afraid of a paid cancellation, supposedly you can't cancel for free, but after the scandal they agreed to do the cancellation for free.

Небольшой красивый отель по интерьеру,находится в тихом районе,недалеко от аэропорта ,но не на выезде.До достопримечательностей только на такси,но такси недорогое в Ташкенте.Вызывали через Яндекс.Например до комплекса Хазрати имам ехать 20 минут.Неплохие завтраки с 7 до 10,милая девушка варит кофе в кофемашине,наливаем чай и приносит напитки.Отдельное спасибо персоналу Ресепшн,молодые ребята,очень вежливые и доброжелательные.Единственный минус -жесткие матрасы в номере.И совет-не берите экскурсию на автобусе ли гостиницы Узбекистан,того не стоит,лучше на такси или персонального гида,потому что на автобусе вас и оставят и уедут без вас запросто.И просто начитается информация,обратно бегом бегом.

I do not recommend the hotel! Initially, after reading all the reviews, I did not believe it until I myself was faced with low service. Upon check-in, I was surprised that the toilet was not cleaned and disinfected after the previous guest. Moreover, the flushing mechanism did not work. I turned to the hotel employee, who simply lifted the lid of the flushing tank, pulled something and the water flowed, while assuring me that this would not happen again. Anyway, every other time the mechanism jammed and I had to lift the lid myself and pull the float. There were stains and hair on the sheets, even by the smell you could tell that they were not the first freshness and they did not change. I asked to change it, to no avail - they claimed that everything was changed (without even looking at the spots).
Customer focus is at zero. Moreover, they are cunning as they can. I had a night flight, so I decided to pay for the room in advance, in the evening. I paid with dollars, but they didn't have change, they offered me bags. I said that I was paying in dollars, so I was waiting for the change in dollars too. They assured me that there would be dollars by the time I left. At the same time, I asked to prepare a lunch box with breakfast, because I checked out at night and there was no opportunity to eat anywhere, and I had already paid for breakfast at the hotel. Considering all the above circumstances, I was not surprised that they did not have any dollars at the time of my eviction, and they also did not prepare a lunch box, citing that the chefs had not yet arrived. But they forgot the fact that the windows of my room overlooked the courtyard where the kitchen was located and I saw how by that moment the chefs were already in place and preparing food.
I travel a lot and have been to Tashkent more than once. This is the first time I've seen this. I concluded that apparently their reputation is not so important for the owners, since there are so many shortcomings in the work of the hotel.

I won't write much about the hotel, because we just stopped by. We only checked in on the first day on 04/29. and that's what we see. We took 2 rooms on the ground floor. Maybe it's just our luck. The rooms were not quite ready for arrival. Here are the moments that upset me:
1. There are no towels. We approached the guys at the reception 3 times, but at the time of writing this review (3.5 hours after arrival), they did not appear. One for two hands only)). You'll probably have to dry yourself with curtains in the room.
2. There was no kettle, the word was brought to God, but only after personally coming to the reception.
3. There are 3 hangers in one room, one in the other)). I also had to go and talk)).
4. I also had to ask for extra blankets to put on the mattress. The feeling that I sat on the board, but they say that this is an "orthopedic" mattress))). Therefore, think about who needs a normal mattress to sleep, probably you are not here. The vacation has just begun, I hope the positive moments will cover the negative that we received on the first day of arrival at the hotel.
5. The heater is constantly working in the toilet and does not turn off with the light, if you close the door, you cannot hear it.
6. The plug is broken at the tarshare, 1 pin only))).
There are still small things, but I really hope that the hotel management will respond.

Очень хороший отель! Все по-домашнему уютно, очень приветливый персонал. В номере чисто, хорошая мебель, приятный интерьер. В номере не оказалось чайника, но когда мы обратились на ресепшен, этот вопрос быстро решили. В наш тариф был включён завтрак. Завтрак был очень вкусный, большой выбор еды на любой вкус.
Спасибо администрации и персоналу отеля за комфортный отдых!
Остановиться здесь рекомендую.

Плюс - близко к аэропорту , центр , отзывчивые ребята на ресепшен , помогают
Минусы - нет шумоизоляции номеров , слышно очень всех и все , завтрак - не вкусный , после одного раза ходили завтракать неподалеку в кафе , убирали за 4 суток дважды и первый раз очень плохо , даже стаканы не помыли , чтобы заехать раньше на 3 часа ( в 11 утра ) пришлось платить половину стоимости суток , хотя номера были свободные и по моему опыту даже в очень дорогих отелях где-то в 70% случаев обычно идут навстречу и заселяют раньше и выселяют позже на 2-3 часа без доплаты

Отель супер!! Шикарный новый отель! Всё сделано очень качественно , всё сверкает , блестит, светиться! Очень понравилось.Номера большие , все работает. Кровати большие, белье полотенца тоже 10 баллов.Холодильник большой в номере.Завтрак отличный, много блюд, видно широкое узбекское гостеприимство! От аэропорта ехать 10-12 минут, очень удобно. Рядом( минут 12-15 ногами) рынок АсКия где всё можно купить: фрукты овощи , например.Персонал в гостинице очень любезен, вежливый, предлагает помощь во всём.Вышколенный сразу видно. Заселение очень быстрое, без проволочек, хотя мы заехали в два часа ночи, и были ещё гости кто с нашего рейса заселялся.
Есть бассейн ( но за деньги)мы не ходили, 200 тыс час.
Короче, потом переехали в Radisson Blue, я скажу так, Manifa не хуже по качеству комнаты.Да Radisson бассейн и тд, но мне был тот милее.

Прекрасная гостиница, новая, сверкающая, чистая, светлая, удобно расположенная вдали от шумной дороги. Здесь тихо, уютно, очень вкусные разнообразные сытные завтраки, внимательный персонал. Приятно пахнущее белоснежное белье. В номере, что важно, есть холодильник с морозильной камерой, чайник. Бутылочки воды приносят каждый день. На 4ом этаже приятный вид из окна. Всем рекомендую!

Чисто, приветливый персонал. У меня за 4 дня проблем не возникло. На ресепшн ребята всегда были готовы помочь с багажом, заказвть такси. Даже с обменом. На завтрак много домашней выпечки. Расположение прекрасное. Тихий район, с частными домами. Рядом есть несколько хороших кафе и ресторанов.

Жили в этом отеле неделю. Номер был большой хороший. Очень тепло, но мы его проветривали и нам было хорошо. Правда в ванной были свои нюансы: душевой шланг только под замену, течет мимо лейки, что очень не удобно. Ну и сама кабина подтекала, т.к. между стеклом и постаментом была не задела щель и вся вода по стеклу стекала наружу, поэтому к нам каждый день наведывались узнавать, что мы там в ванной делаем :).
Убирались в номере каждый день, полотенца меняли, косметику добавляли. Есть зубные щетки и паста (мы не пользовались), гель для душа и шампунь в маленьких бутылочках. Тапочки и халаты
Завтраки каждый день были разные, каша, какое-то составное блюдо (типа макароны по-флотски :) , запеканки из овощей), яйца варенные и жаренные, сосиски нарезки, пицца, самса. Но выпечка просто радовала, очень вкусно, всё свежее, тепленькое, до сих пор вспоминаю и глотаю слюнки. Кофе обычный зерновой (кофемашина) и чай пакетированный.
В холле всегда чисто, ребята на ресепшене всегда подскажут, расскажут, помогут. Молодцы.

Отличный отель. Останавливались здесь на две ночи, все понравилось. На ресепшене приветливый персонал, по просьбе дали чайник, помогли оформить симкарту. Завтрак нормальный, всего хватило. Номер просторный, чистый.
