I really wanted a room with a balcony, and we had two of them with beautiful views. We arrived earlier - at 8 a.m. and were accommodated in advance for free. It corresponds to a maximum of three stars, the club behind the wall of the suite is just darkness, the audibility in the rooms is sooo strong (you can hear the neighbors hanging clothes in the closet). The cleaning is mediocre, the carpet was vacuumed only once in a week and that was bad. The shower is good, but after it, no matter how hard you try, the floor in the entire bathroom is wet. In general, it's probably good for a day, but no more. The view of Kura is wonderful, but if something is drained into it, then you will not be able to go out on the balcony for 2 days (the smell is such that it hurts your eyes), this is probably the price for a beautiful view. The location is just great!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in May 2025 and was delighted! If you want to experience the taste of the legendary Georgian designers, go here. You want to examine and savor every detail of the interior here. We lived in a spacious family room. It had everything you needed: bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, air conditioning, kettle, and even a coffee machine. I was pleased with the most delicate blankets and pillows. The bonus is a large terrace with views of the city and the Kura River. Flocks of herons and cormorants live in this place, but you can't hear them - the sound insulation is good.
