We were vacationing with friends. The service is poor, there is deception everywhere. I ordered a fondue, and they brought a cupcake with a clogged dough. The waiter apologized and said they would give a 10% discount. At the end, they brought a receipt with a 1% discount. A bad impression, we will not come again.

I wanted to visit this place on the night of November 5th to 6th. At the very threshold, they demanded my passport, and I presented it. Two of my friends didn't have passports. They were accordingly not allowed in. A guy of non-Slavic appearance appeared, saying that I am a friend of the owner of the institution, probably it should have had some effect on me... The guard started behaving rudely, pushing me away, refused to let me into the institution, heard that I wanted to write a complaint about his behavior... No one provided me with a book of comments and suggestions. I consider this a gross violation. And I demand an explanation about this situation..... Terrible kitchen!!!
Our order is in 197r and for this money we would like to see the service.
There are disadvantages in all dishes: tomatoes in all dishes are green, arugula is wilted.
As for salads, of the 2 ordered, we saw a "luxurious" arugula pillow and a minimum of ingredients on it. The duck and veal were dry. Carpaccio for 6, I assess sensibly, because this is a favorite dish (too much balsamic, but there is just not enough arugula)
Cocktails are a separate story, I understand that in establishments no one pours expensive alcohol into a cocktail, but here it is obvious and the taste of cheap things is not even brightened up.
Many of the menus were not available: two hot ones, a salad and a cocktail.
The waiting time for the order is 2!!! AN HOUR!!!!! Not in one institution in the city, there is no such long service. Yes, you can refer to the full boarding of the hall, but no, the boarding was 50%, taking into account couples of 2 people who took only tea/coffee and sweets.
A separate bonus is a nearby table of the waitress's friends, which was served quickly, with their not very cultured behavior!
In general, our waiter girl deserves a plus, although also, having mixed up the order, we were left without croutons.
As a result, the evening is overshadowed by a long wait and not delicious food!
This institution does not match its prices and quality of service!
Having written a review in the book of complaints and suggestions, I will eagerly wait for their response in writing!
p.s. by the way, I am not an avid complainer of this city, but here is a complete fiasco on all counts!

I didn't like the place. There are high tables or low sofas on the summer terrace - it is uncomfortable to sit. The ordered beer set consisted of just toasted bread, a couple of pieces of ribs with a minimum of meat, cheese balls were not very good, but the worst of all were over-salted squid from a pack and potato chips like Onega. No sauce was offered for this set. The service itself is not very good, although the waitress girls seem to be trying. I won't come here anymore.

We were a company, we were terribly dissatisfied.
There was one waitress on the whole route who tried, but the service was very long.
The salad was served in 35 minutes, hotter in an hour.
For some reason, we were told that the bartenders would not prepare tea and goods, although when we went down to the cafe itself, the bartenders did nothing, and only our waitress worked.
Mom's food was terribly not tasty, while the cost was about not democratic.
I strongly advise against it.

Hookah is made with decent tobacco, it keeps the taste for a very long time .All new hookahs.
The kitchen is great, I've already tried almost everything and I'm absolutely delighted!
