An average shopping mall. Street parking during rush hours is simply unbearable. The subway is a mess. The goods in the stores are so-so. Sometimes it seems too much. There are advantages of this shopping center: Magnum, Detsky Mir, Waikiki, Kaspi Bank, Pharmacy, Electro goods. Although the food court is on the street, it is there.

The parking administration does not keep its word. When signing the parking contract, we verbally agreed that the second car will sometimes spend the night in the parking lot instead of the main one. Everything was fine for almost a year. I put the second car and it was on the list. I didn't change the cars, the license plates are the same. But in the summer of 2021, the administrator, for unknown reasons, completely forgot about the early agreement. The second car was blocked, it was put on overnight while the main one was at the service station, and the car was unblocked with a scandal. Having spent nerves and time. I have always been very loyal to this shopping mall, since I have been living in this area since 2006. It's a pity that some personalities cause an unpleasant aftertaste.
