I can't say anything about the shopping center. I would like to focus on the KASPI bank branch.KZ and its employees located in the MAXIMA shopping center building. Managers in the department with a low level of education, are not competent in providing advice, for the provision of financial services absolutely no score 0! I recommend that the bank's administration pay attention to the staff and be more attentive when selecting personnel. Managers cannot explain their actions, in particular, they could not argue the refusal to provide services!!! I got the impression that it is not the bank that works for customers, but the customers are trying for the bank!!! With managers of this level, the bank loses a lot - in the form of additional profits and an increase in working capital due to the refusal of customers! I strongly recommend that the administration of the bank pay due attention to the level of education of personnel. Bank managers are the image of the company and in the further choice of the bank by the client!!!
