Near the Vostok metro station (13 min to Oktyabrskaya metro center) The place is cool, there are many cafes, shops, a spa center, a hookah bar, a hairdresser, playgrounds nearby. A fairly compact residential area with excellent infrastructure: there are many shops within walking distance, including the Dana Mall shopping center, pharmacies, hairdressers, restaurants and cafes.
