Everything is cool! The metro is within walking distance by metropolitan standards. There are grocery, wine and beer shops. The playgrounds are in excellent condition. Barbershop. Parking was a problem, but after driving around the complex several times, there was always a parking spot. The view from the 23 floors is stunning of the library and the Sovetsky district of Minsk. On the other hand, there is a magnificent view of the huge Chelyuskintsev Park. I definitely recommend it

The houses are beautiful, the yards are clean, and the playgrounds are good. There are security guards at the entrances, it's nice and clean. There are shops, salons, cafeterias. But! The roadway is narrow, and there are always traffic jams. It is always difficult to find a place to park a car.There are not enough parking spaces for such a neighborhood.
