Lawlessness is happening. The queue is by numbers, but in fact they are accepted fraternally out of turn by number. Of the 6 workplaces, there are 3 operators, 1 is working, the 2nd is running somewhere, the 3rd (6th window) is stuck in the phone. Terrible service. There was A72 in turn... a73 and a74 sat with me and accepted both without waiting in line, considering that I am the 72nd. Either there are problems with mathematics or just lawlessness.
