We stayed at this McDonald's in Serbia during a strong wind and almost stormy weather. We wanted to calmly order food and sit in the glass section to get away from the storm. We had a quiet, quiet dog that didn't bother anyone. However, they kicked us out of that very part without a normal explanation. At the same time, there was a second dog in the main part of the restaurant, so the rules remained completely unclear. If animals are forbidden - then for everyone. If they are allowed-why such a selective relationship? The biggest disappointment is not the ban itself, but the staff ratio: no attempt to help, offer an alternative, or at least kindly explain the situation. At this time of year, they were able to show the least understanding of their guests. Very unpleasant experience. The service is far below the level expected from such a restaurant chain.
