It was generally a horror, then the mattress was brought without a bed, then the bed was assembled without a mattress, the components were not delivered. The drawers were all gone, the deadline was almost a month overdue, they went around apologizing with sweets. But then I decided to change the countertops and make a cabinet for the oven. We ordered furniture for cutting - a closet in a niche. After signing the contract, the height of the cabinet was renegotiated. It would seem that everything is fine. But when they began to assemble the closet, the following turned out: the height of the closet was reduced as agreed, but the doors were left the same size and they did not fit into the closet!
We tried to discuss the situation with the manager, to which we received the answer that this was our joint and they had nothing to do with it. Now you can fix it all for your own money.
Manager Svetlana is completely not client-oriented, quickly switches to a raised tone, there is absolutely no desire to find out the details.
