It turned out that an order was placed, everything was discussed and sent to work. I'll get to the point. The order was left for force majeure (15 business days). The parts arrived with the remnants of production (garbage, dirt and sawdust), There were creases and chips on the kitchen parts. The countertop generally came with a chip. At the time of unloading, there were no acceptance certificates or other documents except for the assembly sheets. The driver refused to pick up the product for which comments were made, i.e. in fact, I allegedly accepted the product without comments. The specialist who made and conducted our order completely refused to answer the subtleties and sent them to other people. It's very difficult to prove that Timberland did something wrong. You're not being put in a good light. We agreed on compensation and that's it. Then the representatives communicate in general phrases. The only thing I can say positively is the huge selection of materials on the stands. There are some employees who actually did something to resolve the issues.
