However, I would like to see more demo models — it is not always possible to test the equipment before buying. Online ordering and delivery are working well, but there have been cases of delays, and the support service did not respond immediately. In general, Mechta is a good store with a decent level of service and a variety of products. It is suitable for those who value choice, comfort and reasonable prices. By improving staff training and slightly speeding up the work of the support service, the store will be able to earn the highest rating. I will continue to shop here, despite minor shortcomings.
