I had a massage at the Medlife clinic with Rasim's massage therapist, which is the worst experience I've ever had. Instead of professional help and a delicate approach, I was faced with rudeness and pain, which, as I was told, "this is how it should be, endure." The masseur was pressing on my neck and the base of my head with such force that I could barely hold back a scream. As a result, after one session, bruises and severe pain remained. It is especially unpleasant that at the moment when I said that I was in great pain, the specialist just waved me off: "this is how it should be." I think that such an approach is absolutely unacceptable in a clinic that positions itself as a rehabilitation center. This is not a therapeutic massage, but outright violence against the body. Instead of improving my health, I got stress, a traumatized place, and a negative experience. I am very disappointed that Medlife treats customers and their safety this way. I advise no one to go there if you value your health and human attitude.
