Great location, close to pharmacies, shops, canteens, cafes, the sea is a 3-minute walk away, the bus stop is nearby, the hotel is clean, good cuisine, there is everything you need. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the maid Nonna! A wonderful man! Thank you to her for the cleanliness, comfort, order, attentive attitude to the guests! I wish the furniture was better, especially the bed. As it is, the linen is snow-white, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper are available. There is no rug in the bathroom.

Positive: - the beach is a 3-minute walk (literally cross the road and walk 300 meters); - there are two shops nearby (one is 30 meters away, the other is 50 meters across the street); - not a high price tag for accommodation; - there is parking (but not closed, not actually guarded) for free. Cons: - the rooms, as well as the corridor, as well as the so-called common space, everything looks shabby, uncomfortable.; - I'm not fixated on sterility and I'm not looking for any "hair" under the beds and mattresses, but, damn, carpet is something, it's unpleasant to walk on it without shoes; - there are no clothes dryers, just ropes on the balconies (who have a balcony) or ropes outside the window (who do not have a balcony)... the pindets are miserable, and if it rains, for example at night, then keep in mind that there is no roof over your belongings, so do not dry anything, there is nowhere to dry in the rooms. There are a couple of ropes "under the roof" in the common space, but almost always everything is completed with the belongings of the guests (and there is not enough space there, well, hanging personal belongings actually at the entrance to the hotel for all to see and without any supervision is so-so); - the plumbing is working, but even going into the bathroom is unpleasant... Everything needs to be cleaned, not washed, or changed.; - there are no chairs or tables in the room.; - there are a couple of unwashed mugs and that's it.; - towels are provided, but, damn, you don't even want to use them for your feet as floor towels in the bathroom, they're dirty.; - of course, no one cleans anything in the room, towels are not changed, garbage is not taken out.; - if there is a balcony and it rains, the water at the bottom of the door gets into the room and the carpet gets wet, the smell in the room is musty. The overall impression is a flophouse. I don't recommend it.

I had a rest from 07/05/2025 to 07/11/2025. Excellent location of the hotel. Within walking distance of the sea, Ferris wheel, embankment, cafes, pharmacies and shops. Everything in the hotel and in the room is clean, fresh and snow-white!!! bed linen and towels. There was a refrigerator and air conditioning in the room, everything was working properly. The room can be selected if available (either with a view of the mountains or the sea). Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hotel, without interference (except for the time when the power is turned off). There is a cozy kitchen where you can cook something, there are enough dishes and other kitchen utensils. On the veranda you can sit for a meal, drink coffee or something stronger, while admiring the evening sunset. Many thanks to Nonna and Saida, they are people of amazing soul and boundless kindness. Thanks to these people, the hotel has a clean, cozy and homely atmosphere.
