The Internet is terrible. Of the stability, there are only interruptions. There is one answer to all questions: restart the router, everything is fine on our side, you have problems. Or you call them, you find yourself in line 50 or something, and when they pick up the phone, it's an automatic reset. You can't get through. I paid 1000₽ for 120 speed, but they gave me 60 at most. I switched to LDS, for the same amount they have a speed of not 120 but 200+ free TV. I do not regret that I left this unfortunate provider.

Minuses: 1) The IPTV was connected by a representative of the provider for 360 rubles. and after 3 months the application died, for its resuscitation it is necessary to call the representative again and pay for the call. The operator says I have the wrong TV, and the TV blames the provider.; 2) prices are rising catastrophically, and by default they are being transferred to a more expensive tariff. Is this provider really not interested in the fact that Lugansk residents watch not only federal channels for free on applications, but also republican ones? After all, to watch local television, we have to pay the provider about 120 rubles per month, calling his representative with a USB flash drive. Moreover, Internet prices are growing faster than its speed. After all, even TV apps are free. But what about pensioners? They have smart devices and connect cable only to watch TV channels. Why do we need such a provider if we have to live in the last century?

It's terrible, recently there have been problems with the dns server, it issues an error almost around the clock. The speed is low. Tech.The support is just terrible, I waited in line for 30 minutes, they dropped it, and there's always this music in the background, and there's no way to turn it off, just sit and listen to jackal-quality music
