Or you call them, you find yourself in line 50 or something, and when they pick up the phone, it's an automatic reset. You can't get through. I paid 1000₽ for 120 speed, but they gave me 60 at most. I switched to LDS, for the same amount they have a speed of not 120 but 200+ free TV. I do not regret that I left this unfortunate provider.
