The Internet is terrible. Of the stability, there are only interruptions. There is one answer to all questions: restart the router, everything is fine on our side, you have problems. Or you call them, you find yourself in line 50 or something, and when they pick up the phone, it's an automatic reset. You can't get through. I paid 1000₽ for 120 speed, but they gave me 60 at most. I switched to LDS, for the same amount they have a speed of not 120 but 200+ free TV. I do not regret that I left this unfortunate provider.

Hello. I want to complain about the megalink Internet. I have no Internet connection every day from 11:00 to 19:00. I called megalink and they said the problem wasn't in my apartment!! And in the megalink junction box. I submitted a request a day ago. Today it's the same thing again, there is no Internet. I call the operator and they tell me that the application has not been processed yet. Wait for an unknown time. I want to know how many days MEGALINK should be processed according to the rules?? And When will the master arrive at Shchorsa village, 12 sq. m... I'm really looking forward to it!!!!

Disgusting attitude towards customers: unwillingness to help when problems arise, incorrect communication between operators (condescending and dismissive). The second week went by, as they gave the application (which was accepted and registered), and now, it turns out, they are not going to fulfill it (Vyacheslav, the operator, said with a sneer), we will refuse such "services".
