We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is great, close to Arbat Street and metro stations, which made it very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the service at the front desk. Daria, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind, always ready with answers and recommendations. She made our stay smooth from even before check-in and until check-out, and her warm, professional attitude truly made the experience even better. Thank you, Daria!

Fantastic stay at the mercure , clean , nice and tidy worth the given price , near to 24/7 super markets and restaurants in addition to 150 meter to Metro station

This hotel was very hospitable, with excellent and spacious rooms, and a very good breakfast. However, it was a bit far from the Kremlin, so we had to take a taxi every day. It wasn’t too far, but walking there was difficult for us.
