We stayed at this hotel in mid-January 2024. A good four even by Dubai standards. Positive: 1. Location - the entrance to the metro station is close to the hotel building. The location itself is exactly in the center, at equal distances from all key attractions. 2. The rooms are large, comfortable, two-room, the view from the window and from the balcony is amazing, remember for a lifetime. The only thing is to take the Skyline view room from the 28th floor and above. It is important. 3. The price - in January it was very simple for a hotel of this class. I still don't understand why it's so cheap. Now in February it is much more expensive, even taking into account the season. 4. Staff - there are Russian speakers, always eager to help and solve any problem. And where there is a misunderstanding, an extra 5 dirhams of tips work wonders.: The staff will bow to you like magi until all your questions are resolved. 5. Daily there are 2 transfers from the hotel to the beach, Kite Beach, a very atmospheric place, we liked it very much. And a transfer to the Dubai Outlet Mall every day is also a useful thing. I'm not a fan of clothes, but you can really buy cheap first-class things from the officials there. Minuses: 1. The highway is audible. It didn't bother us, we slept like babies after the day's adventures, but I admit that particularly sensitive natures will be unhappy. 2. Queues for breakfast - sometimes you have to wait for staff to wipe the table free. Well, in general, there is a lot of fuss, there are a lot of people. The quality of the breakfasts is good. 3. Elevators - sometimes you have to wait for several minutes. My wife was a little stressed by this, I'm fine. It depends on the person again. What else to note: every evening, on days of the week, there is some activity in the hotel restaurant. We had a seafood buffet on Friday evening, we really liked it. We have never seen so much marine exoticism, and the ritual with serving and serving is at the level of the best restaurants. I highly recommend it, the specifics of this particular hotel. There is a swimming pool in the hotel and a gym, but we never used them - there were too many interesting things around, we only came to the hotel to spend the night and have breakfast. Next to the hotel there is a block with skyscrapers, Barsha Heights. No one writes about it in the reviews here, and in the evening walks are just amazing on it. In total, subjectively, I would give this hotel a solid five. But I am a lover of budget holidays without unnecessary claims. By my standards, one of the two best hotels I've stayed in. Only the "five" was better in Thailand. But if you are not strapped for money and are used to the level of the Hilton and the most luxurious hotels, then you will not like it here, the hotel is still democratic enough. A good level, but without unnecessary luxury. At the same time, in terms of price-quality ratio, it is one of the best hotels in Dubai.

I stayed at the hotel with my family, husband and two small children settled in a two-bedroom apartment, city view and two balconies, on the 11th floor. On the 7th day of our vacation, the manager came to the room with a Russian-speaking employee, and explained that we needed to move to another room, due to the fact that there were problems with plumbing in the room above us on the 12th floor. We said we would move, but in the evening. In the evening of the same day, at about 19:00, we asked reception to give us the keys to a new room, we were given a room on the 9th floor, with a balcony directly above the restaurant, without a view, the room was worse than ours and we refused it, at reception they said they would confer and contact us in 10 minutes, we waited for about an hour, my husband contacted the reception again, but he was told that the issue would be resolved tomorrow. The next day we had breakfast and went on an excursion, we returned at about 23:00, we missed dinner and expected to eat in the room and feed the children, but on our return we found that all our keys did not work, we decided that this was some kind of mistake, I stayed with the children waiting near the room, and my husband he went down to the reception, where, after waiting for 30 minutes, he was informed that the room was no longer ours, we were being moved and we urgently needed to pick up our things, they looked at the new room, came to us after 50 minutes of our waiting (around 00:00), the hotel employee asked if 10 minutes would be enough for us to pick up all our things things. And he didn't leave while we were getting ready, despite the fact that the children were already crying a lot by that time, they should have eaten and gone to bed a long time ago. All our money and personal belongings were locked in the room. We were able to move into a new room around 2 a.m., which cost us a lot of effort, given the condition of our children. Moreover, we were informed that the next day we would move again, we could not go anywhere and sort things out all day. It was only in the evening that we were informed that we were staying in this room. Our adventures did not end there, on the last day, right before departure, when the suitcases were already packed, a pipe burst in the kitchen and boiling water poured into our room on the packed suitcases and shoes, the children miraculously did not suffer, things got wet, but they did not even apologize to us, not to mention some The compliment, believe me, is not about taking care of people, you will encounter absolute indifference.

There is not always everything in the room, I drink a lot of water, and they brought only a liter, but they give everything on the call. Check-in is later at 15.00, you arrive and stagger if you don't want to pay 200-300 derham. Recommendations: in no case do not use unnamed taxis that are at the hotel, we are on the first evening for 100 (!!!) Derham was taken to Dubai, they say, it costs 2 times cheaper if you use only a city taxi according to the meter. It is 3 times cheaper by metro. There was nowhere to eat nearby (except for a bunch of fast food), I had to look, eventually I found a place, walk for 10 minutes, use the 2gis map or Google maps to score a bench, reasonable prices and delicious. The first time we got like this on vacation! The food in the "canteen" (I won't call it a restaurant) is meager. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson flew with us for 8 years. The child was not given an extra seat! Although they paid for a room for three! And the ratings are already so big! The sofa that stood in the living room did not fold out! They began to sort it out at the reception. We were told that it turns out that the concept has changed since October 1 and now you have to pay 100000,00 extra for a separate place! We contacted our travel agent . It turned out that no one was informed! We ordered the tour in August, you know? How could we not be indignant and try to come to an agreement. As a result, the price for the additional was lowered.place up to 41000.00! This whole situation naturally immediately ruined the rest for all of us!
