Very nice hotel! Metro near the rooms with a gorgeous view. We lived on the 31st floor. Suresa is a very nice guy who helped with the luggage, explained everything. Thank you for your stay at the mercure hotel ❤

The hotel is generally not bad. Cozy rooms, nice views, but there are nuances. It's hard to leave by elevator (wait a long time), slippery coating in the bathroom, not very high-quality room cleaning, there are no drinks for lunch / dinner, not even water. You can't take it with you. Only to buy (of course for the "Dubai" prices (300 rubles.for a bottle). The waiters are clearly not motivated. You can't find a table for breakfast, if you come to breakfast after 9:30, then most likely there will be no choice in food, and you won't find forks .... Otherwise everything is not bad. Walking distance to the metro, location relative to attractions, transfer to the beach, swimming pool....

We took breakfast and dinner. A chic dinner is only Thursday and Friday, the rest of the days are modest dinners, but you won't leave hungry. There are a lot of people. The pool is great. Very expensive alcohol on tap. There is a nearby store of the type of duty free, they sell at adequate prices and according to a passport.

Excellent hotel staff is polite. The rooms are cozy and large . There is a heated swimming pool on the 8th floor. There is an ironing board with a comfort in the room. You can take a room based on breakfast or with 2 or 3 meals a day. Located near the metro right next door. The room was cleaned every day . Clean and cozy . Very nice hotel

I've been to this hotel 2 times, not with my foot anymore! Upon arrival, the room is dirty, there are not even towels. The first time was the same, but the workers swore that it was an accident! The breakfasts are terrible, the coffee is powdered, there is practically no food. I don't recommend this place.

Favorite hotel with a great location (1 minute walk to the metro)! The rooms are chic, a large heated swimming pool, a 2-minute walk from the final bus stop, two of which can take you to the beaches of Jumeirah, Kite Beach, La Mer. The hotel provides a daily shuttle service to Kite Beach, good breakfasts, excellent cleaning in the rooms, excellent sound insulation.

Lovely hotel. We were housed in apartments since there were four of us. Two bedrooms. One common living room. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There was even a washing machine. Large parking lot. The pool struck with its size. This is practically a standard school pool! Excellent location near Internet City metro station and Sheikh Zayed Highway. In general, we like the Barsha Hai area for its location, as it is located almost in the center of New Dubai and this area has everything you need for a family holiday, as well as close to the beaches.

The hotel is super I forgot things in the tc room there was a giant shopping I flew to Moscow and only there I remembered that there were not enough bags they packed my things and left them in the storage room, then they sent me to Moscow Special thanks The restaurant is great The room has a great view the cleaning is all at the highest level The location near the metro is very convenient The price tag is moderate I recommend it to everyone I will definitely go back there again

The service was terrible, when we checked in the room was not cleaned, the toilet was dirty, I spent half a day waiting for cleaning, called 3 times and went down to the reception until they came to clean up. The room is large, beautiful of the highest category with 2 bedrooms. The apartment in the hotel is normal. There are 2 big cons. The first minus is the fire alarm is triggered just like that. The alarm system should only be triggered when there is a fire or smoke in the house. Another disadvantage is that children under 10 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. In our room (family apartments), the repair has been asking for a long time, everything is shabby. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception desk, and it's nice. But like all hoteliers, they are not particularly relevant. We did not have a guard working in our room, we accepted the application, and an employee came only in the evening. In the shower room, I wiped the hose on the shower. The dining hall is small, there are a lot of people to sit down. Breakfasts are monotonous, but dinner and lunch are very tasty.

We walked to the gorgeous beach. (Secret Beach) Everything is nearby. Breakfast is normal. The pool is not very.
