The thing I love the most is that the hotel allows for actual 24hr rooms. The time you check in is the time you check out. I checked in at 1445 and had until 24 hours later to check out, which is amazing when you are trying to explore the city. I wish all other hotels did this. The rooms were also clean, but beds firm (what I prefer), and the only thing I can think negatively of is that there wasn't an extra toilet paper roll in the room. The breakfast was tasty, and while focused on local taste, there was the option to order omelets, cappuccino, or eggs any style you want, all as part of the room cost. The location is also ideal as most of the malls are within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants are nearby. Lastly, the price is very reasonable, and the last time I stayed in Karaganda I stayed in a much more expensive place and was half as impressed. If you go to Karaganda, stay here.

We stayed in a Suite, a great spacious bright room for a very reasonable price. Breakfasts are like homemade, you can take something on the common table (salad, sliced cheese, cottage cheese, pastries) and order separately (pancakes, cheesecakes, draniki). Everything is very tasty. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and all the staff are very friendly. personally, on our next visit to Karaganda, we will stop right in the Snowstorm.
