The cleaning service was provided extremely poorly. After cleaning, dirt remained in the apartment, the work was done with numerous flaws. Moreover, the floor was damaged and the tiles were broken. At first, the company promised to fix everything, but in the end it never arrived and did not fulfill its obligations. I would also like to mention the situation with cleaning the sofa: a man came to me with a dry cleaning machine, although I did not order such a service and initially refused due to the high cost. After contacting the company, they told me that it was a "mistake." However, the employee offered to perform the cleaning "bypassing the company" for GEL 100. I agreed, since he had already arrived. It later turned out that the company was probably aware of the situation. I have proof. but. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I will file complaints with the appropriate authorities and resolve the issue legally.

Excellent cleaning, the best that we tried in Tbilisi. We ordered it twice: The first time for dry cleaning of the sofa, the second time for cleaning. There was an unforeseen incident with the dry cleaning service - everything was fixed by checking out again for free. Cleaning - Layla came, and she's amazing! My husband is extremely distrustful of cleaning, constantly grumbles that "they won't clean it carefully anyway, as if it were their house, and we pay the money." So, after Leila, he said he was SATISFIED. Believe me, this is the top praise 🙂 Almost an Oscar Award :)) She cleaned very carefully, tidied up where it wasn't even supposed to be in the cleaning program, while listening to wishes, and also reacted flexibly to changes (we asked to come twice instead of once). In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
