I was in this cafe about 15 years ago, the impressions after visiting this place remained very pleasant (good cuisine, clean, tidy, Korean style). Today, everything is different, namely: -renovation of the premises is being tried; - compliance with sanitary standards ..., I do not claim, but they are doubtful; - the staff is polite, but it doesn't look neat; -atmosphere , 5 points per 3; -the waiting time is relatively normal; - regarding the food, I will explain in more detail (the kitchen has become terrible. Having had lunch once with a colleague, I almost got poisoned, my colleague generally stayed at home all day). I will note that it was just a lunch, (we did not consume any alcoholic beverages.); -the interior can be said to be non-existent as such, with the exception of "paid booths", but they did not try hard there either. Based on the above, I conclude that this place (cafe "Migen") is not recommended to visit. That was my subjective opinion.
