I moved here recently, I've already visited several times. I get more and more disappointed every time. There are no testers at all for cosmetics, especially foundation creams, but that's okay. I asked the consultant to help me choose a foundation. So what? Nothing. I didn't really get anything. There was a shade of ivory, natural, and something else. I talked more than the consultant, and even later they confused me with the consultant. 🤦♀️ Girls, when going to such stores, you need to know the base, not that I'm telling you myself that I have fair skin, but ivory is too white for me. "Well, then take a natural, basic shade," and to the question: "What if it turns me yellow?". They gave me: "Well... I don't know." They didn't even offer me an alternative to another foundation, but I found it myself later.

To be honest, there are no complaints about resolving issues, but think for yourself whether you need to go to this store. We bought a baby face wash gel. A couple of days later, they opened it, it has a strange smell, it is liquid, like water (I bought it for myself, it always had the consistency of a normal gel). I decided to check on a cotton pad.: it's straight brown, although it should be transparent (again, I've taken it myself more than once). We contacted the store. They started demanding the receipt number from us. Only after 5 assurances that there was no data other than the exact time of purchase (according to the bank's application), the consultant agreed to ask the administrator to find the receipt at their cash desk (I remind you, at the exact time!) We got the money back for it. There's no problem here. It's been 2 weeks, I go into the same store, look at the shelf next to these gels and see a picture: our gel is worth it (we know for sure, because the corners of the gel were cut off so that the child would not get hurt). Hence the question: do you need it?!
