Good evening. I have it ruined after visiting the Mila retail chain store (160 Krasnaya St., Luninets). After paying for the goods at the checkout, it turned out that the price in the window was lower than in the receipt, a penny, but unpleasant. The cashier ignored my request to sort out the current situation, and continued to count customers. It was only after the request of the "complaint book" that I was "noticed", but the cancellation was not made, the money was not returned. The "Book of comments and suggestions" was not immediately presented. It's not about the amount, but about the seller. Instead of dealing with the current situation, she was brought to conflict by getting personal. The fact is that this is not my first case in the Mila retail chain, and the overpayment amounts were several times higher (30 rubles, 15 rubles). Only then were the issues resolved immediately at the checkout. But the discrepancy between the values in the receipt and on the showcase has already become a trend in Mila, which is very annoying and discourages any desire to make purchases on this network.
