A typical price tag trick. A promotional price tag is displayed (and it turns out to be for only one of the 3 types of deodorant flavors), the rest are next to the general layout, but without discounts. You take it, being sure that it is also a promotional product, and only at home in the receipt do you see the real price tag on the shopping list 40% higher than what was on the price tag under the product group. It's not like cheating, but it's a bit of a divorce... I can't stand such tricks.

Customers are well aware that it is the responsibility of sellers to offer cash items. However, personal stories or unsolicited recommendations ("but my daughter...") create a sense of pressure. It would be useful to train staff in more neutral ways of offering products, without referring to personal experience. In addition, it is important to teach employees how to respond correctly to rejection: if they clearly do not want to purchase a product, they should stop offering it.
