The service level is "Aunt Galya from the Village." I chose cosmetics for myself to replenish the missing care products and update them due to age-related changes. I Only took samples. I always return the product to the shelves in the same form in which I took it, and today it was no exception, the samples returned to their places. The salesman, a blonde woman with short hair and a thick build, came in, stood in a pose with her hands on her side, feet shoulder-width apart and looked at me point-blank, as if I had come to her house and was touching her personal belongings by stuffing them into my pocket. I took a sample concealer. She walked away. I went to the mirror to check if it was covering the bags under my eyes tightly, and in the mirror I saw her reflection staring intently at me and said with displeasure, "You're kidding me." (By the way, I bought concealer and other cosmetics that were suitable) I live nearby. I have three children. And you always need something. She often visited the store and left considerable sums. So two days ago I left 147 rubles. Today is 110. She walked out of the store as if she'd been doused with a tub of dirty water. I won't set foot in this store anymore. I highly do NOT recommend it.

The store is super! I like to go there to see cosmetics or varnishes. Sometimes I go in for hair dye. The products are simply a masterpiece!! The staff is also always happy to help!
