The consultants have a terrible attitude towards consumers. My mother and I came to choose a foundation, my mother has complex skin, so we decided to apply the testers to different areas (cheek and forehead), using a dispenser dispenser that does not come into contact with the skin at all. We didn't break anything, we just wanted to pick up the tone live. Instead of helping, a consultant flew up to us and started shouting that we were supposedly "putting on makeup all over our face." I tried to explain the situation, but the second one joined her, and they began to put pressure on us in two directions with phrases about "sores" and that we would "ruin the testers." When I pointed out that we hadn't touched the applicators, they changed tactics and started complaining that other customers wouldn't have enough tester because of us! Absolutely disrespectful attitude, unprofessionalism and kindergarten. And the most annoying thing is that we ended up buying both tonal and other products-that is, we came with money and a serious intention. But after such communication, my hands were shaking, my mood was spoiled, and I had zero desire to return to this store. It is a pity that employees do not know how to understand the situation and prefer to immediately shout at customers.
